    2/3 - none
    2/4 - 1 hour hot yoga
    2/5 - 1 hour lifting; 1 hour hot yoga
    2/6 - 1 hour circuit training; 1 hour hot yoga
    2/7 - 1 hour circuit training; 1 hour hot yoga
    2/8 - 30 minutes cardio; 1 hour hot yoga
    2/9 - 1 hour lifting

    I have a question: This is my second month doing this challenge, and I got off to a slower start this month. I am currently at 5 hours 45 min/24 hours and really want to meet the goal again. Next week, we will be at Disneyland for two days, probably around 12 hours each day, walking with an 8 and 11 year old. Can I count some of that walking time as exercise? How much would you count? I know this is my challenge and the rules are really up to me, but I am just curious how you all would handle these days yourself? Thanks :)

    I would definitely count playing sports.

    Id say track the time your active, not standing or sitting, so when walking around to and from place. consider them active rest days.

    as long as your not sedentary and actually active, track it.

    hopefully that makes sense.
