    I understand that completely! I actually set my Fitbit to let me know if I've not taken 250 steps before the end of an hour. I have minor issues with my ankles, so moving at least every hour keeps them flexible.

    Guessing this is Net Calories, maybe.
    I tried intermittent fasting and my BP dropped to low. yes it was 300ish total calories.net was 23 calories. just that day. back to 1000 on other days.

    just for one day in lue of fasting which made my BP drop to low. back to 1000 on most days
