Dad of two boys (7, 5).
They like to do Yoga with me on the weekend! They want to train in parkour

Thanks for that and great work. What did you set your daily calories at? I'm at 220 and training 5 times a week and I've got mine at 2000 but with eating 50% of excercise calories back.

I set mine at the minium I could per day 1250, most people will say that is to low but it worked for me. I never ate back exercise calories.1 -
