    Nice...love your shoulder in this pic! One of my boys also wants to try training in parkour, but with as much as I spend for the fancy club soccer he thinks is necessary to his life, it’s a no for now.

    Thanks for that and great work. What did you set your daily calories at? I'm at 220 and training 5 times a week and I've got mine at 2000 but with eating 50% of excercise calories back.

    I set mine at the minium I could per day 1250, most people will say that is to low but it worked for me. I never ate back exercise calories.
