3/19 276.9 Not starting off great but all good I know it's water walked a lot yesterday and was under calorie goal
3/20 275.1 Love it when the water weight goes away changed my exercise this week instead of 3 cardio / 2 strength reversing them as would like more muscle definition so 3 days of lifting with light cardio and 2 days of heavy cardio see how that route works.
3/21 275.4 A tad up but still happy got a day of lifting and some cardio if I can get to the gym got 2 inch snow already and still coming down but roads look clear
3/22 275.7 moved wrong direction but actually went over calories yesterday not by a lot but first time in a long time be nice if weather would decide between winter and spring so can go hiking more. Going to do cardio day at gym did get measured yesterday at dr and gained 3 inch on my chest so lifting weights does work.

3/19 - 248.8/ It was an eventful week to say the least. My eating game was not up to standards, nevertheless I started this week on a good foot and looking forwards for whats to come!
3/20 - 250.0 (+1.2)/ In all honesty I knew this would happen, and i think this might be the case for tomorrow. I haven't been eating well since last Thursday. But tomorrow is a new day. I plan to workout tomorrow before work. I'm ready to forgive myself and change the direction.
3/21 - 252.2 WTFFFFFFFFFF (+2.2lbs)/ Screw forgiveness, I need to get ISH DONEEEEE

3/19 - 98.6kg - very full weekend, too much salty meats and snowed in so couldn't get out for a run… should be a nice whoosh over next few days as I was down to 96.6 on sat, so 98.6 this morning can't be true weight gain… can it?! husband is home for next 10 days though so he's on strict orders to make sure I stick to my plan! I have reset my calories to 1kg loss per week and I will NOT eat back calories from running…. I have a bar of yummy chocolate waiting for me for Easter!

3/22 - 97.7kg finding it hard to log food as I'm deep into thesis work! I have an assignment due soon so my time is being devoted to getting that done. My calories haven't been too bad but I'm not going to get to run until Saturday… :-(
3/23 97.1kg I dunno how. Bad food choices, even though I was under calories, I think. Possibly due to the fact I drink a lot more water while studying?!

3/19 -- 197lbs clothed. final weigh in for work challenge. today will be healthy lunch and a victory 1/2 pound burger with ham, bacon, cheese and all the fixings for dinner at my local watering hole. then back to maintenance grind. goal is set to not be over 20% body fat or over 200#.
3/20 -- 197lbs +5lbs? - victory dinner -half pound cheeseburger with bacon, ham, and all the fixings along with fried mushrooms. I paid the price for that dinner. logged 2900 calories for the day witch is the highest in 7 weeks. I actually had hick-ups most of the night. back to maintenance. packed a great 200 calorie lunch and have lots of awesome healthy leftovers ready for dinner.
3/21 - 197 - not bad. I really thought I would be up all week. eat good yesterday morning and had large dinner. but the snacks at class later that night put me slightly over my goal. goal is 1750 calories daily and maintenance is 2700 so I still feel good at 1900
3/22 196lbs - did not plan on a loss considering brats with bun for dinner but I was still around goal calories after having a few cocktails. regularly carbs are high, fats are low, protein is high, sugar is very low
3/23 - 195lbs - really surprised at this. has to be water loss from having a few mix drinks! ( "A few" LOL. that was funny)

3/19 / 239 / Oof! On the plus side, no headache when I woke up. On the negative side, I got very little sleep, and what I had was pretty uneasy. My husband was extremely restless and had to leave really early. I think he got about an hour of sleep.
3/20 / 236.2 / Nice. Sinus headache from hell, which is less nice.
3/21 / 236.6 / It is a truth universally acknowledged that a big loss will be followed by a bounce. Under calories again and got my activity in again. My ring is back to being tight. Bah humbug!
3/22 / 237.6 / Oof! I had tummy issues all day yesterday. Hit my calorie goals and got in my exercise but wasn't happy one bit.
3/23 / 237 / Coming back down. I have not had a day over calories in weeks. I've decided for vacation that I'm going to think about what I eat and track to some degree with no mindless eating, but I will allow myself to eat whatever I want. I think that will work out with a good balance for vacation. I'll gain a few pounds, certainly, but I think my natural caution will hold it in check. The worst that happens is a setback and I know I can overcome setbacks!

3/19 - 144.8 - First day back from vacation so expecting some major water loss the next couple days. Gained about 3 lbs on vacay. Did some meal prepping for the week!
3/20 - 142.6 lots of water lost. I'm hoping another pound comes off so I will be at pre vacation weight. We walked about 8 miles a day on vacation and I exercised most days so hoping I didn't gain fat.
3/21 - 140.6 - more water loss! Signed up for a new exercise program to get ready to wear a swimsuit again. Only a couple months until summer! I'm only doing a .5 lb/week deficit because I don't have much to lose and I get crazy hungry and non-compliant with 1 lb a week. Continuing to eat the food I prepped instead of caving for something unhealthy
3/22 - 141
3/23 - 142 I ate out last night, I tracked it and was around maintenance for the day so probably sodium. Did an hour long circuit workout this morning and feeling good.

3/19: 233. Surprised at this number given this weekends’ indulgences but hopeful I stay on track. I was off work today so got a work out in the AM and met up my friend for matcha ice cream. I meal prepped for the week and had a big dinner tonight so washing it all down with lots of water. Let’s see what tomorrow brings!
3/20: 234.4 A bit up but yesterday I had very little to eat all day and came home starving. I meal prepped and ended up having a larger portion than I wanted to (oops). Got in an hour of activity though so that is definitely a plus. Today I focusing on drinking a lot of water and staying within my calories. That's it. Sounds so easy, right?
3/21: 233.2 Yesterday I got in a quick walk and an hour of Zumba and burned almost 800 calories. However I ate 2,000 calories and still a drop this morning! It almost doesn't seem right. I will take it. Drank 120 oz of water today so that was a plus also. It's snowing where I live so not very motivated to work out. I have chili simmering on the stove, yummy
3/22 233.4 The same, basically. No activity yesterday, got less than 6K steps which is a rarity for me. I have my gym bag with me today so no excuses!
3/23 233.2 Scale is not moving. Perhaps because I am not really moving? Meaning, I am not making much progress. Though I am still getting an hour of activity each day (yesterday it was cardio kickboxing), I find that I am either drinking or eating back those calories, which is good because I am not gaining but sucks because I want to see a lose! Heading into the weekend and am going to try and be mindful of my caloric intake. Looking into the Volume Eaters thread for some recipe/food inspo, I think this might help...

3/19 228 Today, I just continued my current calorie and water intake, I exercise every other day.
3/20 228 Today I maintained my calorie count, didn't drink enough water, but did burn 443 calories with 53 minutes at the gym.
3/21 Didn’t have a chance to weigh myself before leaving for work today. Today was a rest day. I stayed within my calorie limit.
3/22 227 1 pound down. Didn't work out today, my back was killing me after a long 10 hour night shift. Stayed within calorie limit, barely.

3/22 – 226.2 this morning. Slow but steady. I’ve planned out my day as we’re attending my son’s school fundraiser for dinner.
3/23 – 227.8. Overindulged in every possible way yesterday and here it is. Planning did not work as well as I had anticipated. I gave myself 2 minutes after morning weigh in to beat myself up and 2 minutes of self-pity and now I’m back. This WILL NOT lead to a backslide.

3/19 143.3 this morning I woke up at about the same weight as yesterday. I over ate yesterday. Today I start a 3 week yoga regime. Hopefully this keeps me motivated. Have to get fit for my wedding!

3/22 141.6 last night we had I fairly nice dinner and I didn't over eat to much we went on another walk last night for about 30 minutes and I did a little yoga I'm happy to see this helping me. I usually struggle with my weight fluctuating
3/23 142.2 unfortunately I went up a bit in weight this morning. Mike and I seem to be making it a habit to take a walk every night. I also got my yoga flow in yesterday. Today I'm going to track my calories and will be trying to drink enough water.

Have been hovering around same weight neighborhood for months. Hoping to find my enthusiasm for logging every bite as I seem to have misplaced it. My goals for this round are to exercise 5x per week and log every bite and sip. To eat cleaner than I've been recently which means staying away from processed foods.

3/21..144.8 Better. Right direction. Got quite a way to go to get to my before holidays weight but did it once, can do it, and more!, again. Snowing, snowing, snowing. Doubt I'll get to gym. It will be the elliptical today. And egg whites and mushrooms and spinach! Went to store yesterday. High protein, low carbs works well for me. Enjoy your day wherever you may be.
3/22.. 144... Getting there. Looked back at food diary from a year ago when I was actively losing and going back to some of my practices/food choices from then. It's helping. 50 min ellip yesterday and lots of veggies and protein. And water!
3/23...143.6 Better. Loving mushroom/spinach/egg white scramble for breakfast. It works for me. Got in some HIIT ellip yesterday. I thought I'd never be able to do high intensity as I have asthma issues and get short of breath at times. New med and something I saw recently about hiit made sense. The instructor said your body doesn't know about clocks: ex-most trainers give you a time for working hard and then resting. This video said just go at your top speed for however long you can and then rest as long as you need to reset. This made so much sense to me. Enjoyed doing it this way yesterday.

3/20 159.0lbs I ate so much better yesterday than I have this past month so I don't know. I was tempted to snack last night, but I did not.
3/21 156.8lbs lots of running around yesterday with parent teacher conferences and a recital and car trouble. I actually met my step goal. I’m proud of myself for not eating out with all of what happened. I have faith yet again.
3/22 158.2lbs I am eating very clean and stayed active as well as exercised. I havent a clue whats going on with the scale, but Ill keep at it.
