Goal for next few rounds: MAINTAIN weight
3/19 - 128.6 - yesterday around maintenance calories, a few K extra low-impact steps, still not feeling great.
3/20 - 130.2 - yesterday over calories. Short walk at lunch. I have been over eating my goal for days now, emo over long term and seemingly unresolvable issues, and having a hard time pushing myself to work out. Have a social thing this evening, so struggling to balance it all when I just am not feeling it.
3/21 - 129.4 - yesterday just at calories for .5lb/wk loss, 20 minutes on the rower.
3/22 - 129.0 - yesterday under calories, lots of steps and a 2.5 mile run, first in a couple of weeks.
3/23 - 128.4 - yesterday under calories, 10K steps and some floors. Slowly easing back down from my over the weekend bump, in time for ... another weekend ...
3/24 - 129.2 - yesterday over calories, 10K steps and 20 floors though.
MAINTENANCE
3/25 - 128.6 - yesterday under calories, accidentally skipped a meal.
3/26 - 128.8 - yesterday at maintenance calories, very active around household getting ready for company, no workout.

@marcvb35 I’m glad to hear your wife is joining you on the journey. She needs to realize that, as a woman, she will not drop pounds like you did. My husband said yesterday that he “might” make some changes to his eating. Maybe he sees and likes the results of my eating Keto. Maybe it’s because I keep telling all of the positives about it and brain health. His mom had dementia and he realizes his memory is not what it used to be.
@tishawj How fun! A surprise vacay! I would have loved to do that for our girls but they were too nosy! One year they found the hidden Christmas presents-already wrapped-and looked inside to see what they were. Enjoy!!

So far this has been ALL KETO - NO EXERCISE! I’m within a few pounds of my goal!
3/19 139.5 I’m in shock! 2 days below 140. Now to continue the trend! I leave for my 50 year high school reunion one month from today!
3/20 139.5 This is REAL!!! I am thrilled! 2.5# to my WW goal from 10 years ago.
3/21 140.0 Ate lots of salt! This is my crazy day of the month. Art Quilt group and community bingo dinner. No time to read everything but will try later. Love you all!
3/22 139.5 Bingo dinner last night was pizza and potato chips! No salad. WTH?? I ate the pepperoni and cheese from two slices and when I got home had broccoli and shrimp cocktail. After my dentist appointment I stopped and got Jimmy John’s Unwich for lunch. It was pretty good until I realized I was trying to eat my still numb lip!
3/23 139.5 My lip is not as bad as I thought it would be so color me happy! No food plans for today. Grandson is in Robotics competition at UNLV so will be over there this afternoon and probably tomorrow.

3/26 139.0 Changed my macros and lowered my calories starting today. Yesterday while eating at El Pollo Loco, my husband said he was thinking about making more changes in his eating habits. 3/19 – 226.2 before breakfast. Food prepped for the day and I’m feeling very mindful today so I’m on the right track.
3/20 – 226.8 this morning. Not worried about this – ate under cals and went to the gym last night.
3/21 – 226.4 before breakfast.
3/22 – 226.2 this morning. Slow but steady. I’ve planned out my day as we’re attending my son’s school fundraiser for dinner.
3/23 – 227.8. Overindulged in every possible way yesterday and here it is. Planning did not work as well as I had anticipated. I gave myself 2 minutes after morning weigh in to beat myself up and 2 minutes of self-pity and now I’m back. This WILL NOT lead to a backslide.
3/24 – 226.4 today. Held myself accountable yesterday and was mindful of what I ate.
3/25 – 225.6 this morning. Had pizza last night and didn’t overdo it.
3/26 – 225 today. Reached the round goal and I’m at .1 away from losing my first 10 pounds!

Still in Virginia with my son who is still in the hospital! I've been eating things I shouldn't eat, like: cookies, cherry danish, hiwiaan sweet rolls, garlic toast, etc. etc.. But today I'm taking charge of my eating once again! One good thing is that I have been taking every opportunity to get my steps in; averaging over 5000 steps per day!

3/19 143.3 this morning I woke up at about the same weight as yesterday. I over ate yesterday. Today I start a 3 week yoga regime. Hopefully this keeps me motivated. Have to get fit for my wedding!

3/22 141.6 last night we had I fairly nice dinner and I didn't over eat to much we went on another walk last night for about 30 minutes and I did a little yoga I'm happy to see this helping me. I usually struggle with my weight fluctuating
3/23 142.2 unfortunately I went up a bit in weight this morning. Mike and I seem to be making it a habit to take a walk every night. I also got my yoga flow in yesterday. Today I'm going to track my calories and will be trying to drink enough water.
3/24 142.9 we went out to the bar last night and definitely weren't paying attention to calories. (The milkshake I got after was totally worth it) I'm hoping to be better. I notice that it's rather difficult for me to remember to keep track of my calories.
3/25 142.5 last night I decided to start trying to do intermittent fasting. We'll see how it goes.
3/26 142.0 I'm enjoying the fasting a lot. I start a new job today. We never went for a walk last night but I'm glad to see some weight lose.

Back from Vacation and I think I am up 11 lbs. It should be a lot of water weight and if I get back on track I should be close to where I was in a 2 weeks or so. SO is still home so the first few days will go slow. Back at work with my packed lunch going in the correct direction.

3/19 – 65.9kgs. I’m not surprised considered how much I ate during the weekend. I need to get back on track with losing weight and ensuring I’ll still meet my goal by 30 April. Halfway mark so cant give up now! 14,138 steps. C25k.
3/20 – 65.9kgs. Lifted and 10,475 steps. Ate within my macros/calories.
3/21 – 65.8 kgs. Lifted, did C25k. 9,235 steps. Ate over my macros/calories as I was just craving for junk!
3/22 – 65.8kgs. 4th day doing IF and I’m really enjoying it. I’m actually surprised I could wait until noon to have my first meal.
3/23 – 66.5kgs. Too much chocolate and other junk yesterday plus I ate out for dinner too. I’m not surprised but disappointed with myself more. I’m back to setting daily goals for myself to achieve because I found that really motivated me. I slacked off for a few days there and look what happened! Yesterday I got in 13,136 steps. Didn’t drink 2 litres of water though so I would think thats the reason why I ate more than normal.
3/24 – 66.7kgs. Yesterday I only did 8,766 steps. Today: 16,244 steps.
3/25 – 65.4kgs. Lifted, c25k and 14,537 steps.

3/19 - 88.4kg - ate well. Stayed under calorie goal which is easy when you don't have an appetite. Managed to walk a bit (2kms or so) while running errands.
3/20 - 88.0kg - stayed under calories and recorded everything. Haven't been sleeping well, tho, so very little energy.
3/21 - 88.0kg - 30 min walk, 50cal over goal, not much sleep again. Energy's a bit better.
3/22 - 87.3kg - 25min yoga felt good to get back on the mat, within calories, sleeping a bit better. Getting there....
3/23 - 87.3kg - 45min yoga. Can now do poses i couldn't a month ago. Yay core strength! 100cal over for the day. Yay wine!
3/24 - 86.7kg - rest day. Stayed within calories but had chippies. They were yummy.
3/25 - 87.3kg - not unusual for me to jump back up. As long as the overall trend is downward, no need to panic. 50min yoga. Ate well and within calories. Feeling good.
3/26 - 87.0kg - Spoke too soon. Think i overdid the activity yesterday so today I could barely move off the couch. 70cal over goal.

3/19 266.2 I have been gone for a few rounds and have really struggled lately. I have been gaining & losing the same three pounds for a couple of months. I think getting back into the 10 day challenge will me get moving in the right direction again.
3/20 264.4 Not surprised at the drop. I feel like I'm carrying a bunch of water wt and bloat. I fully expect to drop 5 lbs during this round which will put me where I should be prior to the last couple of weeks. I'm really focusing on eating lots of veggies and fruits and avoiding processed foods. I also walk 8 to 10,000 steps a day everyday; if I don't the scale really doesn't like me at all. This morning its a veggie omelette, green peppers, mushrooms, onion, maybe a little zucchini if I have some. Reinventing the wheel is hard but sometimes thats what it takes.
3/21 262.9 I figure I have another pound to go then the water wt will be off and it will get tougher to move the needle. Over 10,000 steps yesterday was a plus. I plan to eat light again today and should have another day or two of wt coming off.

3/19: 137.9 - weighed 135.7 on March 15 but allowed a few days of stress and binging to throw me off track. (23,583 steps)
3/20: 137.2 - binged again, so I expect a weight jump tomorrow (25,167 steps)
3/21: 138.1 - I expected this, but it is still discouraging. No binging today and thus, only 11 calories over goal. (25,777 steps)
3/22: 136.0 - slightly under calorie limit today (25,334 steps)
3/23: 135.3 - ate below budget again today. I had to really fight the urge to snack while at work. I honestly didn’t think I would be able to resist when the munchies hit me around 10 am and lasted until the end of the day. (27,687 steps)
3/24: 134.9 - calories were good, despite attending my grandson’s birthday party and managed 118 oz of fluids (28,732 steps)
3/25: 135.3 - ??? Going to my son’s today to celebrate Easter since I will be out of town next week. Thus, I will likely be way over for calories (11,842 steps)
3/26: 137 - Was below maintenance calories yesterday but had too many carbs, and missed my step goal. I felt sick to my stomach all night. Under calorie goal today (28,169 steps)6 -

3/19: 223lbs. I decided to cut my calories this round to see if my weight starts trending in the right direction. Today was a good day overall. I kept my calories below 1800. Walked 10000 steps and worked out for 30 minutes.
3/20: 222lbs. I’m glad to see the scale finally drop a pound. I ate about 2200 calories today, but I walked 11000 steps and had a 35 minutes weight lifting session.
3/21: 221.5lbs. 2200 calories, which is still more calories than I originally planned for this challenge. 12000 steps and a 40 minute workout.
3/22: 222lbs.
3/23: 222lbs. Walked 9000 steps and lifted weights for 45 minutes.
3/24: 222lbs. Walked 10000 steps and completed a 30 minute workout.
3/25: 222.5lbs. Walked 9000 steps and lifted weights for 25 minutes. The last few days haven’t been great in terms of eating. I'm hoping to get back on track tomorrow.
3/26: 223lbs. Walked about 8500 steps and worked out for 30 minutes. 1800 calories for the day. I want to get past these weight fluctuations and lose a pound by the end of the challenge.

3/19 - 63.7kg (+1.1kg) - I actually just laughed when this number flashed up on the scale. I ate everything in sight yesterday including a high-sodium, creamy pasta late last night. I also drank very little water. Should see this drop back down in the next few days. Still keeping my goal at 61kg for this round as I spent a lot of last round in the 61s.
3/20 - 63.2 (-0.5kg) - I got surprised with a piece of cake last night (and I don't do well saying no to surprise food!) but was still under calories. Still annoyed at myself for the weekend though. Grrrrr.
3/21 - 62.5kg (-0.7kg) - Getting better. I would like to be back down to my pre-weekend weight of 61.6kg before this weekend comes around. Had a nice walk yesterday, kept under my calories. I'm presenting curator talks all day today so probably won't have much energy for any exercise after work today. Brought my trainers just in case I do.
3/22 - 62.2kg (-0.3kg) - Still heavier than my lowest weight from last round. Weekend fast approaching, TOM due next round. I feel like my target date of 29th April to reach my ultimate goal weight is becoming unachievable. After 29th April I've got 3 weeks of exhibition install at work and I find it very difficult to stay on calories during installs and usually see my weight bump back up a few kilos. Feeling a bit demoralised.
3/23 - 62.0kg (-0.2kg) - I refuse to have a repeat of last weekend when I ate everything in sight. That is the old me. This is the new me. Pre-logged my food for Fri/Sat/Sun with a little room to enjoy a cheese plate and a few wines with my best friend who I rarely get to see.
3/24 - 61.7kg (-0.3kg) - Didn't save my post properly. Grrr.
3/25 - 62.0kg (+0.3kg) - Had a lovely day yesterday with my best mate, but it was pretty carb/wine/nibble heavy. I set my kitchen on fire this morning (oops) so I won't be able to cook today or tomorrow probably. Not an excuse to go crazy though!
3/26 - 62.7kg (+0.7kg) - Weekend blip, hopefully be back down to 62 by the end of the round.
3/27 - 62.2kg (-0.5kg) - I seem to have dodged a bullet with my weigh in despite a bit of a binge last night. I was hungry and my partner cooked and put some stuff on my plate I avoid (chips and garlic bread with lasagne people, he's a carb monster and built like a greyhound) so I just took the excuse and ran with it for the rest of the night.

3/19: 114.4kg/252.2lbs - Overall a small loss for me last round, but I'm excited to push on and hopefully shake a few more lbs. This is week 3/32 for my marathon training, so I'll be going for a run after the gym tonight, enjoying it all so far and hopefully it will all contribute to my weight loss journey!
3/20: 113.5kg/250.2lbs – Now, this happened last round and then it shot back up the following day. I’m still eating well and exercising hard and I’m excited to push on and drop some more this round. Thanks for the support as always
3/21: 112.8kg/248.7lbs – How on earth?! I must have been holding on to some water weight here! Today is my rest day and calves are feeling very tight – will probably get them on the foam roller tonight. Food is going extremely well, I would even go as far as saying I have created some habits which are enabling me to do so well. Also… I’m now under 250lbs!! WOOOO. Time to push on and keep this down.
3/22: 113.5kg/250.2lbs – Eurrrgh why did I think yesterday was correct. Feeling a bit low today, need to harvest some energy from somewhere.
3/23: 113.1kg/249.3lbs – Step in the right direction, now to build on this! Gym today after work and running 10km tomorrow morning!
3/24: 113.3kg/249.8lbs – Can’t really complain, managed a 7mile run and probably could have done more but I’m sticking to my programme!
3/25: 113.3kg/249.8lbs – Spent far too much money on some running shoes after getting a Gait Analysis done, hopefully will offer more support and prevent injury.
3/26: 113.4kg/250.0lbs – I’m happy with this, I had a few beers over the weekend and ate out a couple of times, let’s see is I can push on and lose a bit more weight towards the end of the round.
3/27: 112.9kg/248.9lbs – Great day eating yesterday, restricted myself within reason. My body is feeling good too. Clocking up more miles for this marathon and still squeezing the gym in too. Let’s hope for an even bigger WOOSH tomorrow.
