    Today has been:
Breakfast- sweet Potato, onion, peas corn and capsicum (omelette)
Lunch- spinach, zucchini, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin
Dinner- spinach, carrots, pumpkin, onion, celery, garlic
    Snack- apple
I love these threads because it goes to show how people who track still eat lots of nutritious food and you don’t have to be following some fad diet! I have found since I’ve been using MFP I eat way more fruit and veg and probably just as much as anyone following a strict plant diet

My store bought soup of choice :) Bought a two cases of this from amazon.ca when they had a sale at $0.88 per can.

I actually bought it because you had raved about it in another thread. :)
You got a great deal! I probably could make it myself for not much more than this can cost me. lol

Yesterday I had some coconut cream in my coffee...

Today I'll have a few green beans with dinner, but the rest is turkey, pork, dairy and eggs.

ETA that most veggies don't agree with my digestion so I limit them. I limit fruit due to sugar content and no real desire to eat them for their cost.

Today (leaving out the non veg or fruit items):

Morning "use up stuff" smoothie: cauliflower, mixed greens, half an avocado, Montmorency cherries, and blueberries -- probably came to about 5 servings, or 5.5.

Lunch: huge salad with arugula and spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, red onion, broccoli, and olives -- another 5 or so servings

Dinner: going out, so who knows.

Breakfast: Two dates and four prunes, about 1 serving of dried fruit total (the rest of breakfast was two soft-boiled eggs, a whole wheat flatbread, Dubliner cheese, and almond butter).

Lunch: A big salad with about two cups of kale, about 1/2 cup of radish greens, one tomato, 1/3rd of a red bell pepper, 1/4 of a cucumber, and two radishes...so I guess about 4.25 servings. I usually have a big salad with lunch (the rest of lunch was dry roasted broad beans and dried herbs on the salad, black bean chips, some whole milk plain yogurt, and a whole wheat everything bagel).

Tonight for dinner I'm going to have two small russet potatoes, about 3/4 cup of boiled kale stems and about 1/2 cup of frozen peas, so about 3.25 more servings (the rest of the meal will be tempeh, extra virgin olive oil, and seasonings).

Then with my dessert I will have about 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries which is 1/2 serving (along with 2/3rds of a serving of unsweetened dried coconut). I could eat way more frozen berries than that but they're expensive, so I'm rationing them out.

So overall about 7.5 servings of vegetables and 1.5 servings of fruit. I eat more fruit in the summer when my favorite fruits are in season and on sale -- berries, peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots, etc.
