    4/8 (Sunday) - 212.4

    4/9 (Monday) - 211.6 (209lbs 3 hours later? This was not a fluke. I weighed myself 2 more times afterwards.)

    4/10 (Tuesday) - 211.4 - Ahh, but today.... whatever. Keep calm and keto on? Yep. It has been almost 3 weeks since I've had a full gallon of water or close to it each day. I know that is the culprit. I usually have no problem drinking water and can easily drink a gallon a day, but I also occasionally have a brief period of not being able to drink past 60 to 64 ounces in a day. Don't know what that is about.

    @mz144 Is your migraine alcohol induced? I had migraines for decades - hormone induced. And when I had them, all I wanted to eat was crap - half pound Hershey’s were my first go to. They didn’t help the headache but that was always what I wanted.
