4/8 -334.6 - This is a back up to past the starting point again. Plan on sticking to the plan more closely. It's been a rough few days making this number not all that surprising. I hope by sticking to the plan I'll ditch the water weight at least.
4/9 - 328.2 - Back on target for eating habits. I haven't gotten back into a routine of exercise, yet, due to the weakness and fatigue caused by my medications. I will keep trying to find the sweet spot in my day to get a good workout.

6/4 79.5kgs. Fridays are tough as I cannot turn down a happy hour. Will go home and have one glass of wine instead
7/4 78.6kg. Usually goes down after alcohol. Had a home cooked meal but went out for unexpected drinks and dessert. Only ate half.
8/4 78.6kgs. Great day of eating, overate at dinner which was planned. Had some Greek Easter Food with a friend visiting from overseas.
9/4 79.0kgs. Feeling good, expected rise.. Hopefully won't go up again this week.
10/4 79.0kgs Ate well. yesterday. Unsure what is for dinner tonight which has me a bit worried. Hopefully get under 78.6 by Friday again.

4/8: 142.6, Lord I sure could use A LOT of motivation. Fell down the rabbit hole in the summer of 2016. No excuses because I have little patience for them. 20 months and 20 lbs later I feel exhausted and disappointed.
4/9: 143.6, gotta love that beer and restaurant backlash. Didn’t have enough calories today, under 1000. My only indulgence was 1 glass of wine. Got busy and suddenly it’s 8:00.7 -

I feel like I'm back on the rollercoaster. In 07/08 I went from 186lbs to 136. I looked and felt great. Then in 2013 I went from 191lbs to 154lbs. Again I self-sabotaged. I know I can do it, I just feel like I'm retreading the same weights over and over again. This time I started at 203lbs, and I'm determined not so much to lose weight as to change my lifestyle.

4/8 - 95.1kg - 209.6lbs - Had a family party to attend and it was a big occasion, lots of beer, food and there was no way I was able to keep track of it, it happens oh well! Probably find the food weight drops off in a couple of days! Had an output of 3095 calories mainly due to me working on the Saturday walking up and down the floors doing some upgrades, used the stairs instead of the lift! End of this round I will be happy with 204lbs... hopefully. (Weigh time 7:00am)
4/9 - 94.4kg - 208.1lbs - 2050 calories vs 2255 expenditure, had a nice even day of eating while I was working on Sunday to balance out the craziness of Saturday night, this is mainly just food and water weight but if it happens again I’m not going to moan! (Weigh time 7:30)
4/10 - 93.7kg - 206.5lbs - 1884 calories vs 2668 expenditure, I got a day off for all the weekend work so I literally did nothing but go and grab a couple of pairs of jeans from the shops, how I managed to drop again yesterday I don’t know but keep it coming! Surely not another drop tomorrow?! Not exercised in 6 days, was going to cycle to work today but RAIN (UK) killed all hopes of that. (Weigh time 7:30)

Missed round 36 but I'm back in after being on holiday
I had a lovely time, ate loads and relaxed. Tomorrow will be the first time I've stepped on a scale for 2 weeks. It will be interesting....
Current weight 7th April = 137.8 (only up 1lb)
