    Stress/relief ate after coming home from the hospital for my dad last night. He had a minor setback but should be good to go again with his post-stroke rehab.

    I’m having terrible allergies/sinus pain, I was up a lot last night even walking into the kitchen to get more water, and it was SO tempting to grab a snack!! This is SO hard for me, I know I can’t stay this strong willed for long but I made it through las night somehow

    @amandacmariej - me, too...

    I think my dinner simply wasn’t filling enough. It was a hodgepodge of new foods from the marketplace instead of a well-rounded meal. I get snacky if I don’t feel “full” upon completing dinner. Ah well, today is a new day.
