    Ok failed last night but I’ve had a great day, I’ve logged everything I ate today and I'm just a tad over calories. I don’t want that red number to get any higher! Going to stay strong so that asterisk is on MY side tomorrow morning.

    Bad habit of eating in the car.l and don’t focus on how much I’m eating.

    Goal: nothing to eat after 8:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 pm on weekends.

    My motivation is to beat last month so mentally I am just thinking I need to get to the half way point of the month at 2 LNS days so I have a better chance of making the full month 4 (or less) LNS days. That thought process was very encouraging last night...

    I’m a bit surprised I managed not to snack last night, but I did go to bed early again thus avoiding the late evening cupboard grazing!

    Weekend is coming, which is the hardest for me. Snacking all the time, incl LNS.
    How do you cope on weekends? Is it just as easy/ hard as on usual days and nights? Even the logging is quite frustrating on weekends.

    Last week Fri-Sun LNS won 3of3 :# I still managed to lose some weight this week, but it was close to nothing. I don't want next week to be the same.

    Any tips?
