Ok failed last night but I’ve had a great day, I’ve logged everything I ate today and I'm just a tad over calories. I don’t want that red number to get any higher! Going to stay strong so that asterisk is on MY side tomorrow morning.1 -
Bad habit of eating in the car.l and don’t focus on how much I’m eating.
Goal: nothing to eat after 8:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 pm on weekends.

My motivation is to beat last month so mentally I am just thinking I need to get to the half way point of the month at 2 LNS days so I have a better chance of making the full month 4 (or less) LNS days. That thought process was very encouraging last night...1 -

I limited my protein yesterday and I was starving!!! I ate dinner at 5:00 and my goal is to not eat after 7:30. But by the time 8:30 hit I had a whole chicken breast, a bite of beef sausage and three jolly ranchers! I am thinking of getting some fiber to put with juice and drink before my meals to help keep me full. Here's hoping.
It's the same for me: limitations in protein leads to starvation. Yesterday I almost died decided to allow myself spaghetti with ketchup for dinner and couple of hours later it was really-really-really hard not to snack. This time I won

Weekend is coming, which is the hardest for me. Snacking all the time, incl LNS.
How do you cope on weekends? Is it just as easy/ hard as on usual days and nights? Even the logging is quite frustrating on weekends.
Last week Fri-Sun LNS won 3of3 I still managed to lose some weight this week, but it was close to nothing. I don't want next week to be the same.
