Technically I did not late night snack but I had a snack after dinner and it was more cals then I should have allowed. So marking me down as a negative for yesterday.1 -

This sounds good. I try not to give in, but the temptation for food after dinner is there. I try and avoid snacking by brushing my teeth then I feel like I'm done for the day. I also try and drink a lot after dinner as I think thirst is a part of my snacking.
