    To Ver000nika: my trick is to plan ahead. For example: driving for a long trip leads to boredom, so pack veggie to snack on in the car. I check the menu online before meeting my friends for dinner, so I know the calories. I split up the food on my plate b4 eating, so I knew w what I’m taking hone with me.
    I try to keep busy with projects or friends to avoid eating for something to do.
    Anyone else have weekend eating tips?

    Late starter here....but I'm going to join in. I have a real issue with LNS, so I look forward to challenging myself. I will consider anything after 8:30 p.m. as LNS.

    Technically I did not late night snack but I had a snack after dinner and it was more cals then I should have allowed. So marking me down as a negative for yesterday.

    This sounds good. I try not to give in, but the temptation for food after dinner is there. I try and avoid snacking by brushing my teeth then I feel like I'm done for the day. I also try and drink a lot after dinner as I think thirst is a part of my snacking.
    Will update later in the week with how I'm doing.

    I ate after dinner, but was under goal and managed to stop a binge, so I think that counts.
