I won't do this, but would like to add what helps me is the thought that our body burns calories while we sleep! Especially if the "work" of digesting the evening meal has been done. By adding these calories after 7PM let's say, we are stealing a varying percentage of the calorie burning opportunity that we have. So I just ask myself, after 7PM: Am I Really Hungry?? Usually I'm just stressing or bored or procrastinating from doing something else!! Good luck on your LNS-busting!3

My legs hurt. Both of them. I craved iron in a big way. I think it's time to go back on that multivitamin.1 -

@sofchak you are absolutely right! I saw your comment before I weighed myself for the daily weight accountability group I’m also in on here and I was like, “What???” because my weight on the scale has maintained or dropped over the last 3 days while I’ve been on a LNS losing streak. It’s because I’m so stressed at work that food is so unappetizing during the day. Then I get home to my husband and kids and I just go nuts until bed! I don’t log those eating sprees so I don’t know the calories but I must not be making up for the day of not eating. I need to work on that balanced diet idea...3 -

I like to joke that I’ve used up all my calorie allotment for the day so I might as well go to bed. Yesterday I was super busy all day long and so exhausted that I went to bed at 8:30, right after dinner. That plan works. No LNS!

I limited my protein yesterday and I was starving!!! I ate dinner at 5:00 and my goal is to not eat after 7:30. But by the time 8:30 hit I had a whole chicken breast, a bite of beef sausage and three jolly ranchers! I am thinking of getting some fiber to put with juice and drink before my meals to help keep me full. Here's hoping.2

Ok failed last night but I’ve had a great day, I’ve logged everything I ate today and I'm just a tad over calories. I don’t want that red number to get any higher! Going to stay strong so that asterisk is on MY side tomorrow morning.1 -
Bad habit of eating in the car.l and don’t focus on how much I’m eating.

My motivation is to beat last month so mentally I am just thinking I need to get to the half way point of the month at 2 LNS days so I have a better chance of making the full month 4 (or less) LNS days. That thought process was very encouraging last night...1 -

It's the same for me: limitations in protein leads to starvation. Yesterday I almost died decided to allow myself spaghetti with ketchup for dinner and couple of hours later it was really-really-really hard not to snack. This time I won

I’m a bit surprised I managed not to snack last night, but I did go to bed early again thus avoiding the late evening cupboard grazing!2
