    @biche896, binge? :s How about eat well, exercise, not excessively, good sleep, drink your water. Those things have to become second nature to you, just as if you weren't making efforts to lose weight. Meaning, if you weren't trying to lose weight, your mind would be on other things. It's fluid retention and you lost cms! Congrats!

    Which reminds me, I missed taking my monthly measurements yesterday.
