    I usually do eat some breakfast or bring something along with me to eat within the first few hours of waking. I have the type of job (Courier) where I'm on the road and can't stop to eat until lunch time.

    In addition to my personal nutritionist, the following organizations sat that "breakfast is the most important meal of the day", especially if trying to lose or control your weight. I'm going with what the experts say, and its working for me.

    Yes - Hard boiled eggs / yogurt w/ granola / oatmeal / fruit w/ cottage cheese / apple slices w/ peanut butter.....I try to eat every 2 hours or so.
