Are you weighing everything you eat? That is the only way to ensure that you're logging accurately. Eyeballing it can lead to a gross underestimation of calories consumed. Are you logging every single day? Or do you not like to see the days you overeat so you don't log? If you're not logging consistently or truthfully there is no way to tell if you are actually in a caloric deficit.
ive logged in every day since i actually made the commitment to use mfp faithfully. I dont weigh my food, but i measure according to the serving size. I'm not sure how food weighing works.0 -

You take the food, weigh it on a food scale, then log the weight for the most accurate calorie count.0 -

Food weighing works the same way people weighing works. Each serving typically has a weight in either grams or ounces and you weigh it. Pretty simple process and a decent food scale is <$20 and if used correctly it's probably the most worthwhile purchase related to weight loss that you can make.0 -

Dear OP,
I hate how dismissive you are to the process of losing weight. You act like because you've made the decision to do it all of a sudden 100 lbs are going to drop off and you're going to be left with loose skin all over the place. What you're talking about doing isn't easy and takes months and months of dedication and hard work.
If you want to lose weight read the forums and learn, if you don't then go away and stop demeaning the process that others are struggling through on a daily basis saying they're going to look "gross" according to your preconceived notion of attractiveness because they are trying to become healthy.
Healthy weight loss is a positive thing no matter what your opinion is and I don't want your bad attitude potentially turning someone else off or giving them an excuse not to lose weight and live a healthier life.
If I was you I'd be more worried about your boyfriend finding you unattractive because of your personality, not your looks. And for the sake of humanity please do not reproduce any more.
Have you received enough attention yet to leave it alone or do you always have to get the last word in?
EXCUSE ME??? first of all hes a HUSBAND, not a boyfriend.
and HOW DARE YOU bring my daughter into this! she has nothing to do with this at all! you are a low life, punk *kitten*, childish little boy for that statement. i can't believe you even thought that was okay to post! A child is innocent and you have no buisness slandering her!
Did he mention anything about your daughter specifically? Do you even know slander means? How is that in any way/shape/form a slanderous statement?0 -

duuude, yes!!! perfect!!!
OP thinks that just because she decided she wanted to lose weight, it would all come off in two weeks and she'd be left looking like "a pile of soggy mudcakes."
you guys are awsome at assuming.
did i ever say it would fall off in two weeks?0 -

Saying do not reproduce further isn't a personal attack on your daughter, it's an attack on your attitude and your character. Don't be such a bonehead.0 -

Look for alternative entries that include a gram measurement, usually 100g or 1g. Or look at the nutrition facts on the pasta box and it will tell you how many grams 1c of elbow macaroni weighs.0 -

This shiz is still going? LMFAO. OP needs to STFU and listen to some of the people she has insulted, because they are some if the smarties around these parts. And grow the frack up for gods sake.0

If i want to have a kid 2 years from now who is he to talk shi* about them? since when is bringing up kids in a heated discussion cool? or acceptable? whether they exist or not?
so if i would have said "i hope your next kid has down syndrome, or one leg" would you guys have defended me because his kid doesn't exist yet? i dont think so.0 -

That's different than a general "I hope future children from you do not exist."0 -
I can understand on why so many people are completely giving up on trying to be helpful.
Beans (AKA Old man catfish) was giving you some very good, very real advice.
Firstly, how long have you only been eating the way you are now? (ie, One very low cal meal) is that new, or how you've always eaten? You mentioned that you walk a lot, and have done so for a while, has that been a constant? Or is that new?
Do you have any liquid calories during the day that you aren't logging? Coffee? Coke? Vodka?0 -
I see nothing in your pictures that leads me to believe that you will have hanging, flabby skin. Research on the internet on how to tighten and tone. Honestly, you are gonna be fine. Having hanging skin will not be the end of the world. :flowerforyou:

You're comparing apples to oranges, sweetheart.
Hoping that someone doesn't reproduce due to their attitude and general ignorance is much different than wishing ill like disease, disorder or deformity on someone or their family.0 -

Uh, I think he was feeling sorry for your child not you. My take is he was referencing your lack of maturity and possibly questioning your ability to parent a child with your lack of understanding, education and rational thought processes. We really wish the best for your child.0 -
