I love the “crisp” crust on cobbler so much better than dough. I make a cast iron skillet blackberry or blueberry cobbler with basically a streusel topping. And homemade vanilla ice cream. It’s my fave late summer dessert. Totally craving that now.
I didnt really have the calories but it was how and humid, I was shopping, felt like eating something and since I just happened to be "there".... Evas chimney cake.

I made it today with my daughter (well, she mostly watched) first try ever and I had no idea how it was going to turn out.
It was only supposed to be for an activity to keep her occupied but now im haunted, I can hear it calling me from the kitchen right now 😩 the sooner I get it out of the house the better.
