I tried this yesterday. I don't see the appeal. :ohwell:

    Ice cream? 🤔

Poptart ice cream sandwich. Allegedly a bulking staple. I wasn't impressed.

    Maybe just different poptart?

Chocolate fudge ones might work. 🤷‍♂️

I just never understood the appeal of the boxed variety of Poptarts or those Toaster Strudels...they always look dry and the 'icing' is unappealing...

Strawberry poptarts withOUT the ice cream... a true treasure. I WANT

I can't stand those "bulking" foods... rice cake sandwiches, protein fluff with entire boxes of cereal, etc. etc.

Looks like some kind of mashup of pistachio baklava and rugelach. I was impressed you made rugelach the other day. I haven't made it in over two decades.

That looks so good! Random fact, in Armenian it's called paklava, I have the recipe around here somewhere.

Also, because it’s absurdly cold here today...corn chowder with lots of warm bread for dipping.

I've been wanting corn chowder for a couple weeks! I think I will make it for dinner this week.

    From a steakhouse in town...

    How many people share that?
When I go out to ear with my grandkids, we always share a dessert, but I don’t think we could do that one justice.

Wait. Is that three perfectly poached eggs swimming in olive oil, or is it something with a lot more calories? Because I can probably fit that in my calories any day.

The first... not pictured: the entire loaf of fresh bread that would likely accommodate :)

it's the best yummy - easiest thing in the world...it's just Tahini and honey...makes a difference to use a good Arabic tahini and quality honey though. Then you can mix in nuts/chocolate or just have it plain.

Sounds 'meh', but I just love it...a little goes a long way - it's like baklava...in that after a few bites your 'good'.
