If it didn't have calories, right now I would eat...

This is reminding me of the icebox logs my aunt always used to make. Chocolate wafers with mint whipped cream and vanilla wafers with banana whipped cream. I have to try my hand at one soon. She always complained that they were labor intensive, but she might have just been looking for sympathy . My heart would literally skip a beat when I saw them in the fridge. I'm not sure if they are all that calorie dense, but the amount I would want to eat certainly would be a splurge! Hers were way more cookie to whipped cream than this picture though, and she used really thin wafers...

I really want banana pudding with vanilla wafers right now. I don't know why. And there's no chance of me getting any.

The word "chimichanga" always makes me giggle. But, eating a chimichanga is serious business.0 -
The chimichanga pictured is from a website where it is baked instead of deep fried, they claim it is only 350 calories.

Basically seasoned meat and/or veggie and/or rice & beans stuffed into a flour tortillas. Wrap it up tightly then deep fry. Make sure to then drench it in guacamole & salsa and cojita cheese (my personal preference)0 -
That only counts as one ice cream cone, right?

This weekend I saw a what was called a brownoli. It was a 2 brownies with cannoli in the middle! I can not stop thinking about it tonight. This picture is not exactly it but it was the closest I could find.

I had vegetarian spaghetti (crumbles instead of beef) with spinach noodles and garlic/butter ciabatta bread last night. My portion might have been that big. Going to spend some serious time at the gym this afternoon.2 -
The whole freaking jar! Oh how I sometimes miss the days of not knowing what a sad thing a serving of peanut butter is.

Luckily, I can't find them anywhere (and don't tell me if you know!)1 -
Cream puff dessert. All the good bits of a cream puff in 9x13 form. Puffy crust, custard filling... perfection.5 -

Same here, but you forgot the big pile of garlic parmesan fries on the side!1 -
Back when I was a kid, when we went to San Diego on vacation, there was a restaurant in Hotel Circle called Ricky's where we'd go for breakfast. They served these 2-3 inch thick German apple pancakes. I haven't had anything like that in ages...
Something like this but thicker and puffier

I'll tell you what does not compute - a close friend of mine lived in Lancaster, PA for a short while. She went to a Mexican restaurant there, and they served chimichangas with white sauce ?!?! (we're both Southern Californians so that was culture shock).
ETA never mind - I found some recipes that had sour cream sauce, but I have no idea if that's what she had. But maybe not, because she was shocked about whatever it was)1 -
