    Hey @bubblemum2 - you are certainly welcome to join! You won't be able to edit your entry from earlier today, but you can copy, paste, make updates and then post as a new entry.
    As far as a goal, you might walk through MFP's goal-setting steps. You'll want to aim for 1 pound a week. (See this discussion of why.)
    If you are really just getting started take a look at these posts for some great information and ideas:

    If you are just getting started, you may also find that it takes a while to build new habits like weighing/measuring food, and logging food in MFP. If that's the case, be kind to yourself. Those things certainly took me a while (weeks) to get to the point of being something I always did without stressing or having to think about it.

    Thanks so much for the tip ! I lost 100lbs but had been maintaining for maybe 6 months ! I have now decided to start again to get to a healthy bmi but it feels like I’m starting from scratch! Lol BUT I didn’t
    Do much tracking or excersise it seems the weight drops easier with more to lose now I’m going to really focus and track and try to move more !

    I next weigh in for 5th or do another Tommorow ?
