    Breakfast - leftover chicken curry
    Lunch - sausage roll
    Dinner - garlic pizza bread with cheese, lemon drizzle cake and wine

    Lunch: Turkey meatballs with eggplant, zucchini, carrot, and brown rice
    Snack: Apple and English black tea
    Dinner: Likely a chicken burrito bowl from Chipotle

    Breakfast: espresso w/unsweetened coconut milk (iced latte style)
    Brunch: leftover oven roasted potatoes, two fried eggs
    Post Workout Snack: low fat cottage cheese, olives
    Dinner (sushi restaurant): squid salad, nigiri sushi: albacore, yellowtail, salmon, octopus & halibut, nigori sake

    Yesterday
    Breakfast: balsamic chicken wrap wtih colby jack cheese, lettuce, herbs
    Lunch: Watnut/dates oatmeal with 1/2 banana and p2
    Dinner: Morning star griller, hummus, artichoke, cucumber, lettuce, onions, olives. Trail mix bar
    Snacks: protien bars, crackers

    Yesterday
    Breakfast - chocolate blended chia pudding, coffee.
    Lunch - split peas w/ carrot & onion, cottage cheese, smoothie made of almond milk, banana & strawberries.
    Snack - pineapple peach kombucha & sugar snap peas
    Dinner - McDouble with half bun (ugh, long story)
    PM Snack - toaster waffle with maple vanilla whipped cream & a string cheese

    Today
    Breakfast - oatmeal with peanut butter & raspberry jam, coffee.
    Lunch - pupusa con loroko, jalapenos, chicken taco & Topo Chico
    Dinner - hopefully sushi.

    Breakfast - 2 slices French toast with raspberries, coffee.
    Lunch - sriracha mac w/ green onion & a lemon bar.
    Dinner - tofu stir fry with jasmine rice and tons of veggies.
    Post-workout snack - lentil & white bean "penne" chips (weird yet good) and a diet cola.

    Brunch: prosciutto, nut thins, olives
    Dinner: spagetti with wild boar sauce
    Snack: mixed nuts, 85% dark chocolate

    Lunch: Mod Pizza order - pesto pizza with roasted red peppers, red onion, mushrooms, and chicken
    Snack: Coffee with creamer and a homemade dark chocolate banana muffun
    Dinner: Chicken sausage, spinach, and mushrooms mixed in with Trader Joe's sweet potato gnocchi

    Today:
    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, berry protein shake
    Snack: Dark chocolate banana muffin
    Lunch: Leftover chicken saag and rice
    Snack: Skinny vanilla latte
    Dinner: Either sheet pan Italian chicken and veggies or fish shakshuka

    I've been in a snacking mood

    Yesterday
    Breakfast: bowl of honeynut cherrios, silk milk, pb2
    Lunch: bowl of honeynut cherioes, silk milk, pb2
    Dinner: egg, colby jack cheese, tortilla, bolthouse salsa ranch
    Snacks: about 700 calories worth

    Today:
    Breakfast: hummus wrap with cucumber, tomato and portion controlled tortilla. Mike's Killer portion controlled bread
    Dinner: turkey chili
    Snacks: about 700 calories worth

    Breakfast - kefir with cinnamon, almonds and blackberries.
    Lunch - smoked salmon, cheese and spinach omlette, wholemeal seeded toast with mashed avocado and cherry tomatoes.
    Protien bar
    No dinner.

    Breakfast: lots of peanuts and a quest bar
    Lunch: Turkey chili with kidney beans, ground turkey, garlic, garden tomatoes, onions, garden corn and bell peppers.
    Dinner: Palak Paneer (Indian cheese and spinach), Dave's Killer Bread.
    Snacks: apple, cheeze-its

    Breakfast: oatmeal, 1/2 banana, pb2
    Lunch: 2 pieces of Dave's Killer Bread thin slice, hummus, cucumber, tomato, olives
    Dinner: 2 slices of pizza
    Snacks: Apple, quest bar, peanuts

    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, smoothie made of orange juice, blueberries, strawberries, and vanilla protein
    Snack: Multigrain english muffin with a little natural peanut butter
    Lunch: Lemon pepper chicken, cauliflower gnocchi, and roasted brussels
    Dinner: Leftover fish shakshuka over spinach and rice
    Dessert: Likely Pokemon oreos! :D

    Breakfast - raspberry Greek yogurt & coffee
    Lunch - pumpkin pancakes w/ cranberries & vanilla whipped cream, decaf coffee
    Snack - sugar snap peas
    DInner - black beans w/ peppers & onions, corn muffin & salad

    Today
    Breakfast - toaster waffle w/ sugar-free syrup, fried egg & coffee
    Lunch - country fried steak & pea salad, roll.
    Snack - homemade strawberry sorbet
    Dinner - small bean burrito, small cheese burrito, a few random pieces of tortilla chips, salsa, and 2 beers.

    Walked/hiked 11 miles today!

    Lunch: 1 bagel, half topped with pumpkin spice cream cheese and half topped with avocado, everything bagel seasoning, spinach, and a fried egg
    Snack: More cookies
    Dinner: Leftover fish shakshuka over rice
    Snack: Skinny pop popcorn
