is this unpopular? I LOVE the flavor of almond extract. Some people can't stand it!

I've never tasted it but if its like marzipan (marzipan is almond right?) I'll hate it passionately

Salted caramel and salted chocolate. Salt is savoury. Salt has no place in a sweet thing like chocolate. It ruins it completely.

I too like almond extract - carefully used though. And salt ABSOLUTELY makes anything sweet WAYYYYY better. I'm to the point now that it really should be mandatory or just not worth it 😆

I don't eat cheese on my hamburgers. When I order a hamburger at a restaurant I have to specifically request "no cheese" and sometimes I get a look like I must be insane.

YES! Most of the time you cannot taste it anyway, and all it does is add calories. OTOH, I had a Sonic burger the other day (they don't even put "hamburger" on the menu; you have to order a "cheeseburger" and then have the cheese removed) and you could tell THAT burger was made to have cheese on it. It was quite bland and disappointing.

I like peanut butter but prefer almond butter over it!

Oatmeal is seriously underrated. Like it’s probably my fav food 😂
Chocolate flavoured things (chocolate cake, ice cream) are gross. Vanilla all the way!

I completely agree with this. Chocolate-flavored things are over-rated. Vanilla is completely under-rated.

    Also, oatmeal is AMAZING!

I hate rice. Any kind, any preparation. Waste of space.... to me.

Agreed, I dont like grains of any kind. (rice, bulgar quinoa, etc) I would so much rather have a slice of bread or use my calories elsewhere.

I don't like long grain plain white rice - yes...total waste of time. However Thai coconut rice/wild rice/brown rice/well seasoned is good.

And although I'm more inclined to just have sashimi - sushi (quality) is really good. I also remember having a bowl of mushroom congee when I was not feeling too well...cured me lol! so yum...and then there's risotto or rice pudding....

That being said, I haven't had rice for years🤣

Don't much care for plain rice either. I get that you can use it to absorb sauce, but that's what bread is for :)

Pilaf, risotto and fried rice, however, are delicious and I eat them often.

FRIED rice is over rated and not worth the calories
