Thanks for the welcome. I would follow Tish anywhere! I have been so back & forth all of Autumn but I never give up. I want to be as accountable as possible through these holidays to minimize the damage. My journey isn't over yet and I look forward to all the great information I know this challenge will bring. @deepwoodslady, Happy to see you here Donna! We're gettin OUT of these 170's. I don't feel impatient about it yet, but I am getting tired of the back and forth fluctuations.

@GrandmaJackie, Jackie, WOOT! Call it an 8 hr nights sleep! I began to give in to my tiredness a week ago and go to bed at 10pm. It felt so good to wake up rested, that I started doing everything that keeps me up until 11pm and beyond much earlier. Even though I still have a middle of night bathroom run๐ I've been getting 7-8 hrs of sleep.

CHALLENGE #1/ SLEEP ๐ค๐ด 8 HRS NIGHTLY ~ The first holiday is over! You survived. Barely you say? You're gonna be alright. Now get some sleep ๐ด Too tired and sleepy at the end of the day, ๐ฉ yet you will not go to bed? Texting, gaming, watching TV, reading, crafting, shopping online, etc. ๐ต In bed by 10pm is the challenge. For one week, let's put all the distractions away ๐บ๐ด and GO TO BED.
