    So, I put 4lbs on while I was on holiday for two weeks. This wasn't at all bad considering how much I ate while I was there!!
    Back on it now though, and will attempt to catch up to the 1lb per week idea by dropping that 4 and maybe a bit more over the next few weeks.

    Hope it is not too late to join this challenge, but trying to lose all the weight added over the last 12 years after having twins and heavy workload! Physical this year made me realize that I was over my highest pregnancy weight so trying to stay motivated to get the weight back off. Exercising now at the gym and logging food/calories with MFP has really helped getting started!
