    Latest success: started tracking my calories again. I had fallen off that wagon thinking I was monitoring what I was eating, but my loss rate says otherwise! and I know better lol. I lose more weight when I am actually tracking calories.

    Goals: sweat more! Keep tracking calories, get out to enjoy the warming weather and make it to the gym at least 4x/week.

    Challenge: on staycation, trying to not go out by eating what I have at home. Caved into my late night cravings for potato chips. Need to start working out to help with toning and strengthening now as I have 7 more weeks till the 1st wedding to attend in 2019.

    New and just started over again 2/11/19 at 225.8 and need to lose over 100lbs and prefer the challenges to keep me more motivated. I have started over for the 2nd time this year already. I started in January had some issues, and finally started again in February. So up for this challenge!

    This week's successes: I felt really good this week, especially in the second half. I started exercising again which felt AMAZING, I drank more water, I started to do a few minutes of deep breathing every day, had good self control, AND invested in a FitBit!

    This week's challenges: Still having trouble on some emotions and relaxing as of lately. Didn't lose any weight (and actually gained a weee bit) but I'm not sweating it (yet).

    Next week's goal: To stay on track and keep up this consistency.

    Hi, I'm a bit late but I'd like to join this challenge. I've been on and off with fad diets and yoyo'ing. A healthy achievable weight loss target sounds great to me. My main target is actually reaching a healthy BMI. Especially as I'm quite short so I don't have much range to work with. I hope this group will help me be consistent and positive!
