This week's successes: This week was pretty good! Got back into exercising, drank more water, stayed true to my IF hours, and was able to be in self-control over after dinner snacks.
This week's challenges: I've just been feeling pretty lackluster and unmotivated about a lot of things lately. Hopefully, I can push through it to shake it off.
Next week's goal: To keep up this consistency and to try and to be more motivated in general.

I’ve lost 15 lb in 15 weeks at the start I would have been happy with that level of progress, and I’m still on track for 52 lb in 52 weeks.

So I am just going to jump back in here and admit that I am starting all over again. I did well for about 2 weeks in this group, but then I jump off and ran like heck from the wagon. And you can definitely tell!! However, the important thing is I am back and I am committed again. So, let me just start all over with my stats.
