    Goals for the coming week are to not get tripped up and relaxed. It seems like this can happen after a loss.

    This week's challenges: I felt really good all week; no real challenges. This weekend we leave for a month to visit family & I’ll be at maintenance. THAT may be a challenge; in the past our trips home have been a free-for-all 😂

    A little late of an update but....

    This week's successes: This week was pretty good! Got back into exercising, drank more water, stayed true to my IF hours, and was able to be in self-control over after dinner snacks.

    This week's challenges: I've just been feeling pretty lackluster and unmotivated about a lot of things lately. Hopefully, I can push through it to shake it off.

    Next week's goal: To keep up this consistency and to try and to be more motivated in general.

    So I am just going to jump back in here and admit that I am starting all over again. I did well for about 2 weeks in this group, but then I jump off and ran like heck from the wagon. And you can definitely tell!! However, the important thing is I am back and I am committed again. So, let me just start all over with my stats.

    New and just started over again 2/11/19 at 225.8 and need to lose over 100lbs and prefer the challenges to keep me more motivated. I have started over for the 2nd time this year already. I started in January had some issues, and finally started again in February. So up for this challenge!

    This week's successes: I had a great week! I am finally feeling better mentally and am determined to become stronger and healthier!

    This week's challenges: Not too many. I guess that I just didn't lose as much as I was hoping for. But down about it.

    Next week's goal: I'm on vacation this week so I'm hoping to be able to keep myself in check on what I'm eating. I should be walking a lot though, so that's a plus!
