    This week's challenges: On the road 3 days in NYC and 3 days at the camp where food, restaurant portions and alcohol will be tempting me. Need to be vigilant and active!

    Last Weeks Successes: Finally getting outside for a walk after a horrific winter with 2 floods in our basement and being housebound because of a super icy driveway.

    This weeks goal: To plan healthy meals on a budget and get out for a run/walk (by myself) at least once.

    This week's successes: Moving into diversifying breakfast. I tried overnight oats for the first time, which is very yummy. More exciting that just hard-boiled eggs and fruit salad. Trying to move more heavily into veggie life.
    This week's challenges: A lot of them. Went out for meals on both Saturday and Sunday, and then got very sick on Saturday. I said I would up my gym game during spring break but I haven’t been feeling up to it. I still went both Monday and Tuesday for half an hour, but not as extensively as it could have been.

    This week's challenges: My body adamantly refused to budge into ONEderland. After last week’s weigh-in I went up 0.8-1.2lbs & just sat there. Today is the first day I’ve seen progress. Hooray for weight trending apps!
