Can I jump in ladies??? I started 30 day shred on the 1st of February. I just completed day 19 of level 2! Tomorrow is my last day of level 2 and then on to level 3 😊0

I’m waiting for my daughter to go to sleep so that I can finish the last day of level 2. I love doing the workouts late at night, I feel like I have more motivation.1

Just finished level 2 tonight ❤️ starting level 3 tomorrow. Tell me ladies, how intense was it? What level do you find the most challenging? Ugh I’m kind of dreading level 3. Going to watch it tonight to see what I’m getting myself into tomorrow 😂0

For me, level 2 is the hardest, the first time I did it I stress out my knees, that’s why I’m taking it easy this time, giving my body rest days and not pushing myself to the extreme.

Well I am finished!!!
It took 1month and 21 days but I did it and I am happy with the results. I lost 12 lbs and 1 size pants...
I am moving on to RIPPED IN 30

Girl, I died on level 3!!! Level 2 was easier to me. Damn, I am dead 😂 I legit wanted to quit like half way thru, but I made it this far already. What killed me the most was the cardio with the weights.. I just about died.. I hate level 3 so far tho lol please tell me it gets easier after a day or so of level 3?

Amazing!!! Those are some good results 🙌😊 I’ve lost about 5 pounds since starting it. But 12 pounds? Way to go!!! 😊 I’m hating level 3 so far. Just finished the first day of it 😩
Let me know how ripped in 30 is! I might wanna try that out.

Stupidly I didn’t take before measurements but I’ve lost inches as all my clothes fit better or are starting to look too big. 😃 And I can now get in to 1 size smaller jeans. I no idea how much weight I’ve lost as I am not weighing myself (I tend to have a not very healthy relationship with scales so I am avoiding using them)

Have decided I am going to start 30 DS again but do a mixture of ripped in 30 as well. Did 30DS day 1 level 1 yesterday again but a bit more Natalie (still can’t do push ups) but I am a bit bored of hearing the same dull music and I need to do something else as well!
So today I tried Ripped in 30 week 1. Think I liked it but I wasn’t really in the mood to do anything at all so really had to make myself do it today. Will stick with it and I’ve taken measurements so we’ll see what happens. Might try killer buns and thighs too. Feeling adventurous! 😳

It was a little bit easier today than it was yesterday. I was still dying through the exercise tho! I’m still out of breath as I’m writing this 😂 honestly tho, what keeps me pushing is that I’m almost done, and that you ladies have completed it! 8 days left 😊
