    Recap 12/16 M
    1) Move hourly / stairs breaks / 5 somethings = Fitbit 7,955 steps, 250+ 13/14 & 35 floors :)
    2) Meals & snacks prelogged / net calories zero / 14c water = Huge fail once home from work... net cals -385 :s , sodium -985 :s , sugar -24 :s , fiber & protein excellent, 12 or 14c water (can't remember)
    3) Complete PA-F :) / email for add'l info :)
    4) Print mailing labels :) / write Christmas cards :) / boil eggs :) / Advent devotional :( / other? just exhausted again
    5) Unplug 9:00 :) / floss :s / retainers :s / bed & tv off 10:20  close (workout T a.m. ~ even short walk on treadmill would be good)

    JFT 12/17 T
    1) Move hourly including pace during webinar / stairs breaks / 5 somethings
    2) Not entirely sure of meals (eating at desk during webinar) / net calories zero / 14c water
    3) Unplug 9:00 / FLOSS / RETAINERS / BED & TV OFF 10:20

Struggling a bit this week. Felt great Sunday, probably did too much over the weekend, now feeling completely drained. I freaked out at home yesterday, seeing (we believe) a rat eating under birdfeeder at back of yard, very strange in middle of day... it ran to wood pile when dog started barking like crazy. Christmas tree tilting more each day, I need hubby's help to right, but I won't see him until lunch tomorrow. Putzy things, and I can't seem to get my *kitten* in gear. Would really help if I ate healthier, I'm sure. I'll keep trying.

Was glad to be done stressing about glucose test. Snow day today so no work. I was pretty out of it after glucose test yesterday so I forgot to turn the heat down before i left work - my boss (owner, not manager) is being pretty over the top about "work not being done" and its stressing me out today. Todays snow day felt like a retaliation for my mistake so I get paid less. All very petty but trying to handle professionally and just move on. Ahh, tomorrows a new day. Plenty of other positives for me to focus on and I will try to get some rest today as I felt very nauseous last night and thru the night...probably all the crap. But a day of rest before the final crazy holiday rush is welcome!

@maryrobinson40 saw you were not feeling well, hope you feel better soon!
@Bex953172 hope youre doing alright! Must be busy woth Christmas and the girls!!!

      Merry merry to everyone.
My mother is coming next week (last minute change), loaned out the rollaway to a friend for her stepdaughter's visit, and need to figure a bed for her.

12 hours of travelling and some dubious food choices. I’m pretty sure that’s not going to result in any weight loss!

Just checking in quickly... to wish everyone on here a very happy holiday season!! I am so thankful for all of you! We are leaving tomorrow to visit our son in Michigan.. it will be a quick trip though, as we are coming back home for Christmas day. Our daughter is coming with us, and 2 days is the maximum for her, but hoping she does not change in mind on going. she is already having high anxiety just thinking of the short trip. But .. it will be nice.
I have been totally off any diet the past few days ... a friend at the gym gave us a whole bunch of homemade cookies, one of our distributors sent us chocolate covered almonds! But .. that is what the holidays are for, and I am just not going to worry about it. Just try and not gain too much, and get back on track.

anyhow... just wanted to wish you all a very happy holiday season! love you all!
