Been a year since I've last committed to this and now the weight has come back with a vengeance. Well, so have I!
Trying out some new exercises (signed up for rock climbing!) this time, hopefully everything goes smoothly. Thank you for starting this thread
Note: I weigh-in in the mornings for consistency, so my comments will be more or less about the day before. Cheers!
Day/Weight/Comment
02/12 -132.0 Rock climbing 2.5hr, jogging 1.5mi, small cool down core workout. Was good with calories until roommate tempted me with a homemade muffin ... it was delicious!
02/13 - 131.6 The crazy snowfall yesterday (weather warning in effect) coupled nicely with my rest day. Things outside are clearing up now and I've got no excuses on that front.
02/14 - 132.6 Whooo I blame this totally on the simply atrocious amount of snacks brought into the office today (someone got chocolates for the team!), and the fact that I had to stay in the said office until 7pm got in a good 1.8 mi run and some core workouts though so it wasn't all too bad. Also modified the rough GW, 3 lb seem much more reasonable
02/15 - 131.8 Was feeling kinda down due to our monthly office "Mix-and-Mingle" event - ate some pretty unhealthy stuff But what the heck, at least I didn't have any alcohol (the calories in those things!). Had a nice long 2.5hr rock climbing session, made up 2 lvl 9 climbs that I couldn't before, and killed a lvl 8 that was giving me a hard time earlier this week . Went home and supplemented the power workout with a 2mi run and quick 10min cool down core exercise.

02/15 - 162.4 🎉🎉🎉 Stoked to see this number pop up on the scale this AM. I've been working really hard on diet and exercise. Yesterday I did a three mile run after work and then had some delicious soup I made a couple days ago, sweet potato and kale with lentils. I have a great plan to stay on track this weekend. Just hoping the weather cooperates and I can get outside to hike with my kids.

Hi-I’m Karen
Sept. 2018 OSW 187 (My Round #1)
UGW 135.....yes, 135!
I am taking care of my dad and am in the middle of moving. The good thing is that I am doing all of the cooking at my dad’s so I am in complete control of our food. I brought my weights and my scale with me and my dad has a recumbent bike I love riding. And I brought my sewing machine!!!!
2/12-167-When I got back to my dad’s house yesterday, there were Girl Scout Cookies and banana bread people had brought him.....I just had a taste of each and walked away.....and rode the bike.
2/13-168-I’ve been drinking my Beet Kvass I made and it’s salty. I have been riding the bike but I am also sitting a lot and sewing (and having a few beers). Today I am going to drink water and do the bike ride in the evening.....
2/14-167-Hmmmm...I have been eating good and riding the bike.My cousin is bringing us enchiladas and have dinner with us tonight. It has rained here every day and I can’t get out for a walk. My dad is recovering well after his knee replacement but I will most likely need to spend next week here with him.
2/15-165-I hit his last round, and am hoping I can stay there. I rode 10 miles on the bike right before I went to bed last night and my legs burned so bad, I couldn’t fall asleep!🤣 I am off to see my husband for the weekend, hopefully my eating will stay in control.
Have a good weekend everyone !🌸14 -

Round 67 EW = 141 lbs ; ∆ = -2.2
Goal: finish day 25 of the 30 days of yoga challenge; walk 8,000 steps a days; start jogging (maybe?)
Day/Weight/Comment
02/12 - 140.4 lbs ; yesterday went great! I walked 8,000 steps and completed day 15 of yoga, ate just under calories.
02/13 - 139.4 lbs ; yoga and10,200 steps yesterday ☑️☑️ Super excited to be in the 130's. I can see my goal in sight. I have started taking a long walk after lunch to go get a diet 7-up at 7-Eleven, it's working as motovation!
02/14 - 140.8 ugh back up to almost where I started. I just can't regain that .2 lb. Yesterday I did fine with food but I was very sedentary because it was pouring rain, so I didn't go for a walk and I had the day off. Tonight I have a date, as it's v-day. I'm gonna have some Thai food. So actually I probably will gain back that .2 (plus more). But that's ok I want to enjoy myself. But I will still do my best to track.
02/15 140.8 lb suprised by this loss, but I'll take it!

It seems I never finished reading yesterday and never posted my stats - got caught up in life! 🤷♀️ It seems I may have lost some of the comments I intended to post.
@puttyputty We need an LOL emoji. I’m sure cussing would have been involved if I had been doing push-ups!
RE: cattle prod - I now have to keep a timer by my sewing machine to remind me to take a break and stretch my neck. No more “just this little bit” x hours on end! Stupid arthritis! AND you have inspired me to re-start push ups on the counter. I will start today and track the number while we are cruising! Easy to do without getting on the floor with unknown substances in hotel and ship!

Round 68
2/11 129.0
——————
2/12 130.0 I don’t know why I just wanted to eat all day yesterday. Hoping this is mostly due to salt from pizza in a bowl. Time to rein it in.
2/13 129.5
2/14 129.0 HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY! Going to craft with my friend Amy.
2/15 128.512 -
My 3rd round. I'll be trying to keep under my calorie goals by at least a couple hundred a day, as I'm away at the weekend for a post-Valentines break, will give me more leeway. Won't be able to weigh 16th-19th.
SW on 01/18/19: 326lbs
GW: 234lbs (temp goal)
Round 66 Start: 323.5 End: 318.
Round 67 Start: 319.5 End: 316.5
Day/Weight/Comment:
02/12: 314.5 (-2.00) - Happy to see this again! After exercise - I added the "active time" minutes on Samsung health, just phone tracking of activity from my pocket - I was under by 600 calories yesterday.
02/13: Forgot to weigh, woke up in the night and couldn't get to sleep, had breakfast and a nap, all ok though.
02/14: 313.5 (-1.00) - Always nice to see a new low!
02/15: 314.5 (+1.00) - Hello old friend! Slightly early weigh, came in 0.5lb lighter later but I'm sticking with this. Away to a tiny cabin on a farm for the weekend, with my boyfriend, in the middle of the countryside. Heaven! Won't have scales for the next 3 mornings, will write if I feel like it, going to try and be a bit sensible with food but I'm not that worried.

2/15- 177.1 I knew it would be up due to sodium and 4 hours sleep. I feel good about yesterday. I ate within calorie goal and walked 3.5 miles. I did get to go to the fantastic trail. When I got there it was 57 when I drove away an hour and ten minutes later it was 39 and the wind was biting. I did get some cool pics I put below. The first you can barely see the entry of the tunnel all the way to the right, then in the middle and finally the other side. I also did C25K Week3day1 without stopping. I was straight up panting but I didn't stop.

02/12--212.7 Tried to go out for a run yesterday, but heavy wet snow started before I could get out. Raining today, so may try again later.
02/13--212.9 Haven't run since Saturday, ugh!
02/14--212.3 First weight training session with my trainer is this evening. My trainer has already sent me what we would be doing this evening and I noticed that there are a lot of exercises and while most of the exercises are familiar to me, there are some exercise I have never heard of. Weather is starting to warm up a little and the snow/ice is starting to melt, so hopefully I can get out running some time this weekend.
02/15--212.5 I had my first training session yesterday and it was great. Having a trainer is a kind of weird experience because you have this person constantly watching you to make sure you have proper form. After just the first session I realize that my form on some exercises is not as great as I thought it was and I can be pretty lazy, there were some exercises that we did that I knew if he wasn't there I would not have done that many reps. At the same time the training session also made me realize that if I just push myself a little I can do a lot of things that I thought I couldn't do. I was thinking of going for a run today, but I think I will take the extra time off to recover from yesterday.

End of Round 67 - 321.4 (-7.4 lbs)
Day/Weight/Comment
02/12 - 322.6 - Eh. It's a fluctuation most likely from water. I don't mind it as long as it doesn't become a trend. I'm trying a new worksheet that my dietitian gave me to go off of for this week and see how it goes. It is designed to maximize my nutrition or my calorie intake. Overall I am feeling stronger, better, and more energized. I'm good and for the first time in a long time I can say that and mean it.
02/13 - 322.0 - So, yesterday was a rough day. I had a binge, small, but a binge and I was fine until I saw the numbers, then I wanted to purge. I cried and just saw myself ballooning to 600 lbs and more. Ed was screaming in my head to purge, purge, PURGE. Instead I spent the day doing self-care. I ditched the exercise as I couldn't trust myself to not take it to an extreme, so I rested. I hooked (crocheted) and made progress on my heart scarf that I am making just for me. I decluttered my tables in my living/dining/exercise area. I spent time snuggling with Alex the Mighty (see profile picture). I watched shows that I enjoyed on Hulu. I went to bed at a decent hour.
02/14 - 322.4 - TOM hit! 2 weeks late, but finally hit. This isn't that uncommon with PCOS. Feeling bloated and kinda blah today. I worked really hard in pulmonary rehabilitation today. I have three more sessions and then I'm done. I will graduate into my insurance's program for health in a gym. I get to choose between Planet Fitness and the YMCA. YMCA is within walking distance and Planet Fitness is just a short hop away on the bus. So, not sure which one I'll go with. I'm nervous about today. I'm going to a potluck and going to try and not freak out if I eat more than I should. So, yeah.
02/15 - 323.8 - Well, I guess the potluck got to me. I did overeat. I have no idea the total ingredients. I thought I did okay. Also with TOM no idea where my weight will finally end up being. My official weigh-in is coming up. If it is a gain, it's a gain. I'm not thrilled with the idea, but I'm getting comfortable with being okay with it. It is a part of life and my choices. I had an emotional moment this morning and had more milk than the dietitian has allotted for me to have according to this worksheet. It's lunch time, and I am going to have a nice, savory salad with grilled chicken. Life will be just as okay with gains as with losses.

@BethE238 Yes, when I actually read through the posts, I realized my mistake. I'm no photographer but love looking at the pics. Love the detail in your scene, it's almost like a black and white but has those little touches of color. I read someplace that your brain reacts to black and white in a different way than something that is in color.8
