Ugh, the French Dip and Swiss is so good. I need to go to Arby's.
I have been lusting after a beef n cheddar and curly fries. Nowhere near in my future, but the desire very much lingers0 -
gosh... haven't been to arbys in ages! Apparently they sell just the meat now (deli counter style)1

Wait, so no sandwiches? How could that be? Or in addition to like Subway was selling grocery items?
I was checking out the sandwiches on the website and that french dip really did look good. I used to get one at Quiznos.
@o0Firekeeper0o Give in! You won't regret it.
When I lost enough weight, I gave up some of my favorite fast food sandwiches because of the lower calories (mostly went to just like chicken filets with a side salad). But one day I had the calories and was leaving work early so decided to get a roast beef sandwich from Arby's since it had been forever.
Did I wait until I got home to take my first bite? Nope! Was it everything I'd ever remembered? Better! That bun was the softest bun I'd ever tasted and, fakeish roast beef or not, it was damned good.
(Trader Joe's sells the packaged Columbus roast beef too but then I'd have to make my own sandwich and it's never the same. I can't even make a salad that tastes normal and that's the easiest thing in the world!)

I used to make Mediterranean bowls when we did keto! Spiced ground beef, a cucumber/tomato/kalamata salad, and homemade tatziki. I should make them again some time0 -

My go to has ALWAYS been Sunwarrior, but I am living this one right now! I make it super thick with part almond milk, glucomannan powder and water. I make it warm/ hot then sprinkle pumpkin pie spice, tsp cacao powder and vanilla stevia powder😋1 -
I'm really liking these figs - super soft and the large package contains little packages of 4-5 in each. Great to keep them fresh!
Haven't tried the buns yet - gluten free (50 calories each too - they are tiny though lol!) - made from Chia/bean flour.

“Dark” maple syrup. SO much flavor. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Grade A.2 -
Jolly ranchers! I really like having something sweet at the end of lunch. It's a perfect low calorie long-ish lasting treat.1

Pears > apples!0 -
These are sooooo soft and only 35 calories. Probably one of the softest tortillas I’ve had. I don’t really believe it because they do the carbs - fiber thing though.

Black tea with milk and sugar. Especially now that it’s cold. But I drink it in 100 degrees temps too. My mother always drank multiple cups of “sugar milk tea” and I am a true daughter of my mother! Nothing, nothing shall dislodge it from my hands! The more cups per day, the better! Alas, my calories only allow 2 or at most 3 per day. But today is a 3 cup day! I’ve already logged them in.4
