5/13 125.0 Happy with this after 4 days of not great eating and two days driving.
5/14 126.0 Ate at Taco Bueno before heading to airport yesterday evening. I ate all the carbs and didn’t drink anywhere near enough water so am super pleased with this. We’ll see how it goes for the remainder of this busy (but at home) week. Art Quilts and community bingo tomorrow, quilt guild meeting Thursday night, anniversary on Friday.

5/17 127.0 I’m not worried about this. I bought a bag of salted sunflower seeds in the shell to munch during the drive to Iowa last week. It said it was 2 servings but the bag lasted a week. I suck all of the salt out of the shells - doesn’t everyone? - so this could very well be water. Just not overly concerned. Our 49th anniversary
5/18 126.0 Lovely steak dinner last night and part of a baked potato. I think that is the first white potato I’ve had since starting keto 22 months ago. It was very tasty with butter, sour cream, salt and pepper.

Late to the party this time.
I've struggled the last few rounds. My winter blues did not go away but descended into a bigger problem. On Tuesday evening I realized I had eaten 5 chocolate bars and a package of candy in one afternoon! So my goal for this round is to stop the sugar/chocolate binges and get back to tracking. yesterday was my first day "back"

After a bad end of last round I’m hopeful of staying on track and getting close to my first 50 pound loss.
05/13 335.2 A nice beginning of round loss. I’m hopeful of getting back and beyond the low I had middle of last round. I was fully on track yesterday and hopefully that trend will continue.
05/14 333.4 I’m cautiously optimistic about this weigh in. I was very on track with everything yesterday. I know that all the supposed gain of the last few days was water retention and this weight is very close to last weeks low. If I continue on track I might hit my mini goal this round.
05/15. 332.6 And back to a new low. I’m happy to see the weekend gain gone.
05/16 331.2 That’s on track and it looks like the last of the water gain is gone. I’ve hit my 50 pound lost goal and if I stay on track the rest of this round I might see my monthly goal weight too.
05/17 330.2 I’ see if this sticks, but I won’t be too surprised by a slight uptick. It’s not unusual for that to happen after a couple of large drops. I’m hopeful though because this is a half pound from my goal for the month.
05/18 330.0 Almost there, if I stay on track and low sodium I’ll see my goal for the month tomorrow. If not I know that I’ll see it before the end of the round.

I was under a lot of stress for the first few days of this challenge and dropped weight rapidly. You can basically see where the situation resolved--and now I have gained. I am still in a calorie deficit but my scale apparently didn't get the message. But then again, I didn't have a 3500 calorie deficit each day for two days either. Patience, right?9 -

05/13 - 139.9lb (-0.3lb) Ooohhh happy with that weight to start the round. Means I have actually lost over the weekend (no big family dinner last night!) and am back under 140!!! Definitely a great motivator! Food planned and prepped and a decent walk planned for tonight so all good Now to stay under 140 ....
05/14 - 138.7lb (-1.2lb) - Oohhh..... Got on the scales twice to make sure! Am assuming the big drop was only because I had planned a bolognese pasta bake for dinner last night - didn't have as much pasta left as I thought so hubby and girls got the pasta bake and I had the bolognese meat sauce with a salad so dinner was very "light". Either that its the stress of my daughters GCSE Exams getting to me which started yesterday for the next month! Happy for today though! Food planned and prepped for the day and gym tonight for an hour .....
05/15 - 138.9;b (+0.2lb) Slightly up from yesterday but didn't expect such a big drop yesterday so very happy that my weight today has stabilised at this - 1lb down on the round so far and sitting at my round target! May well re-set my round target tomorrow. Food plan and prep sorted for the day so all good. Onwards and downwards.
05/16 - 138.6lb (-0.3lb) Loving this round so far Although I don't know why I''m surprised - the reality is I am meal planning and prepping, staying focused and logging everything I eat and honestly sticking to my daily allowances - and SURPRISE!!!!! - the weight is coming off. I'm thinking there's a link ????

This is going to be a good round, I can feel it! I'm so close to my next goal and to the 180's. This round, I am starting a brand new exercise plan. I'll be training for a 5K! Finally, I've been wanting to do this for awhile and because of the weight I had gained, it was difficult to run for extended periods of time. I want to run the entire 5K, so I found a conservative plan that takes 16 weeks. Let's do this!

05/13 - 195.0 (A gain that was expected from the huge brunch to celebrate Mother's Day for my MIL and SIL. I tried to compensate with a healthy dinner of chili chicken kabobs, green beans and rice with some homemade pesto. It's the end of my workout break, so I'm going full swing today!)
05/14 - 193.2 (I'm at my last official Friday weigh in already and its barely Tuesday! I started with a 55 minute TurboFire workout last night and boy am I sore this morning! Especially my back and my thighs/calves...Most likely I'm below this weight because of the soreness and TOM is a couple days late so I'm waiting for that to start. I made some delicious chicken and cheese crepes last night. OMG first time making savory crepes and I'm in love!)
05/15 - 193.2 (Stayed the same! TOM still has not showed up and my soreness was worse than yesterday! I'm sure I will be a higher weight from all that water retention. Yesterday I started my 5K training. The plan I found had me just walk for the first week. I did a nice 25 minute walk around my hilly neighborhood and I worked out my calves even more! I made a delicious potato corn chowder with a dinner roll for dinner last night. It was delicious!)

Hopefully it's because of a new workout plan or maybe stress...I'm holding onto weight and TMI have not had a bowel movement since Monday morning. Anyway, last night I did a 55 minute TurboFire workout and I'm still very sore since Monday's workout. I also made some pasta last night for dinner.)
05/17 - 192.8 (Finally back in the 192’s. I’m now on the 6th day of my missed period but finally got the chance to go to the bathroom! I’m hoping it’s because of my increase in intense workouts and how I lost all that weight last week that I gained from my diet break. I’m just going to wait it out. I had chicken stir fry yesterday and did not do a workout last night.)

05/13 145 Up 0.8 from yesterday, but not too bad considering it was Mother's Day!
05/14 144.2 Started my gradual bumping up of carbs yesterday (from 20 to 25 net for this round). I totally expected to be up today because extra carbs are accompanied by extra water, plus, I didn't hydrate well yesterday, so this is a nice surprise.
05/15 144.2 Hmmm, again? Not sure why, but it's not a problem. A week left to try to reach my GW for this challenge. 17 days in, I think I'm more fatigued on keto...paying attention to this...

05/17 201.1 Had a healthy dinner last night keeping it low carb and only drank coffee and water, no diet sodas! Didn't get to the gym, but decided to take my dog for a walk instead as my workout and feel great! Now just need to get my water up.

My Third Long Term Weight Goal: Weigh 150 by Jan 11, 2020 (my 2 year anniversary of current Keto dieting).
Final goal: 145-150. We’ll see how I look & feel when I get there.
Exercise:
During each Weight goal I plan on doing cardio in the form of dancing at aerobic levels whenever possible. I would also like to walk as much as possible although walking outside is impossible for me this time of year.

05/13 …..192.7 ….. Hard to believe weight is the same after 2 celebration meals yesterday. I watched portions but was way over on carbs. I’m sure it will show up on the scale in a couple of days. Very very sick today. Literally in bed all day. Either the flu or more likely some severe dehydration. I’ve been drinking a large amount of water today in bed. I think I may have worked hard on my steps for my birthday goal, but not taken in enough water. This is the first time I’ve sat up today. Heading back to bed now.

05/14 …..192.7 ….. Still sick but holding weight steady after Mother’s Day probably due to the illness. I have some work that must be done, otherwise, I’m pampering myself as I still feel horrible. No movement yesterday. I literally did not even hit 1000 steps---in bed all day. Calories were low because I felt so bad. I don’t know whether to expect an up (Mother’s Day festivities) or a down (sickness) in the coming days. We shall see….
05/15 …..192.6 ….. Movement in the right direction. Finally felt better by last night. I didn’t desire much food but I was back to craving “goodies” so I stuck to my standby Keto snacks to stay within my limits though it could have been better planned. I just wasn’t sure about my stomach quite yet. Yesterdays Stats: 1047 Calories In / 2415 Calories Out. 20 Net Carbs. 11,316 Total Steps & 4.81 Miles. IF 16:8 . 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 5 hours & 37 minutes. No planned exercise – I certainly didn’t want to push it. I now know it was a bad flu because others around me are coming up sick now too. Oh my!
05/16 …..192.6 ….. Higher calories & carbs yesterday as I was finally fully hungry & that monster reared its ugly head. I ate back calories but took a long walk to offset the macros a bit. Yesterday’s Stats: 1580 Calories In / 2625 Calories Out. 16,234 Total Steps & 6.87 Total Miles. IF 16:8 . 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I did not sleep any hours last night. Too much on my mind & didn’t feel tired. I will likely sleep like a baby tonight. I took a 75 minute walk to offset the extra 180 calories I ate. Kitchen remodel slowly continues so I have no livingroom floor to dance in still. Maybe I can use my hallway but the movement will be a bit restricted.

05/18 …..194.1 ….. I missed the weigh-in & post yesterday. So busy trying to go through all the boxes & laundry baskets full of food before putting it into my new kitchen cabinets. Checking dates etc. Kitchen not done yet, but cabinets are in. Over the next couple of weeks will be some electrical/lighting, drywall repair & paint. Just trying to clean it up before the holiday weekend so I can have my livingroom & kitchen back and maybe even have guests for the holiday weekend. I would love for my DB & DSIL to be able to come up from downstate & stay the weekend. Grab & go food again. So I sniffed carbs & quick foods and it shows on the scale. Not worried. Mainly water & I know what to do. It’s just going to be a tough week with little time for self-care.

15/05 - 9st 5lb - Tea at a friend's then on to the club to watch Leeds play
16/05 - 9st 5lb - I’ve had such an upset stomach today, back and forth to the toilet. Probably feeling sick after watching Leeds last night
17/05- 9st 4lb I think this is the result of all the “weight” flushed down the toilet yesterday
18/05 - 9st 4lb I’m at my maintenance weight. This reinforced my determination to concentrate on the quality of the food & drink I consume.

5/13--207.8 Weight training at gym yesterday and then I took dog out for a long walk. Run tonight.
5/14--207.2 Did some snacking last night but stayed within my calorie goals. Went for a 3 mile run last night. Trainer tonight. Now that I realize that I snack a lot on the evenings I workout with my trainer I am already planning ahead. I did some research and found that the need to snack can be due to a need for protein, so today I am making sure that I up my protein intake after my workout. Hopefully that will help with my snacking tonight.
5/15--207.2 My plan to eat more protein after my workout helped. While I still snacked it was definitely less snacking than the last time I worked out with the trainer. Run tonight and then maybe yoga... depends on if I have to work late.
5/16--208.1 Bump is definitely due to my salty snacks yesterday evening. The snacking struggle is real. Was raining when I got home so I didn't go for a run, but I could have...was too lazy. Also did not go to yoga, but trainer is tonight.
5/17--208.3 Very tough workout yesterday so not surprised about the bump up. Going out for lunch and happy hour today, so we'll see what happens tomorrow.
5/18--208.7 I knew there would be a bump up after happy hour yesterday, but I had a great time. Even though I didn't feel like it I went out this morning and ran 5.5 miles...I was so proud of myself. I then decided to take some measurements and found I had lost 7 inches all over in the past 2 months...very excited! Today I'm going to take dog out for a long walk and make sure I get my water in.

5/12 151.2, second day back from vacation. Yesterday was at 153.5 so happy to see some of the weight was water. My TOM is coming this week so just hoping to be back where I was at the end of Round 75
5/13 150.5, another nice drop. This is my first time tracking after a vacation. I’m truly amazed how much sodium is in restaurant food. Only .7 lbs away from where I was before the 10 day trip. I am also encouraged that if you go back to eating right, vacation gain isn’t the end of the world and it’s ok to loosen some of your reins.
5/14 149.3, new low! My TOM will be later this week so I expect a temporary gain over the next few days, but encouraged that I can get to this number again by Sunday.

05/13 – The weather was awful, pouring rain, very foggy. Lots of exercise today. Eating healthy.
05/14- I can still feel when I do to much, trying to get lots of exercise in. I had to go for a field of vision test.
05/15-I had the result of my vision test, passed everything was perfect , next step to see if the ministry will give my drivers licence back. I had my licence suspended because of Radiation treatment.
05/16- I feel very sore today.
05/17-Food planning day, I made a list of all the fruits and vegetables, going to try some new recipes. Played basketball in the park.
05/18- I keep pushing myself, Walk, weights, lots of stretching.
