07/02 - 166.5 Good day, cycled as planned, I'm feeling it in my legs! I'm behind on drinking my water though!
07/03 - 166.1 (-0.4) Gives me hope lol Yesterday was really good, but I was still doing my steps at 10pm lol one of the disadvantages of cycling to work is that I'm finding it harder to get my steps in!
07/04 - 166.1 - Happy with a status quo, I had a pasta dish for dinner last night so I wasn't expecting any change even though I stayed within my calorie count. All my goals were covered for the day. Today is going to be hard as I'm going to the restaurant tonight. I don't often go (2-3 times year) because it's expensive here so I do tend to indulge on those rare occasions

@justakygirl this has happened to me in the past when I've successfully lost weight - to an extent complacency pays a part but I wondered if its almost like a fear that sets in - oh what will i do if I hit target? its like I self sabotage, you can get there, its not easy, I've yo-yo'd all my life, wishing you all the luck - I lost loads of weight for my 40th and never quite lost the last 4lbs, keep going and life really is fun in your 40s x

@SheilaBoneham Love that comment that most people don't want to hear about nutrition and weight all the time! So true! That's why I love this site! I can talk as much about nutrition and weight as I want/need without burdening my family with it! or friends! And I can brag or be frustrated, etc! Thanks you guys!
@kmfeig87 and @SheilaBoneham this is me to a T .... my mum used to joke and say oh no here comes the diet bore .... my husband was having a pre-op for surgery last week and the anaesthetist had lost over 120lbs he gave us the longest food speech ever - not actually sure he worked out my husbands anaesthetic requirements but I certainly learnt a lot from him - very interesting chap - I've put his diet into practise and have lost 7lbs already ... long may it continue! Promised to send him a picture of myself in a bikini when I got to my dream weight (what the hell was I thinking)12 -

Morning Everyone!
I struggled yesterday, I think this was because I hadn't eaten a great deal when we went out for dinner .... I had a wonderful most delicious bowl of spaghetti last night was so good
Also found myself thinking about all the bad foods I could eat once everyone was in bed! Fought through it with a pepsi max ... feeling proud of myself
Today I will be focusing on my water intake again drank 1.5l water (had other drinks as well but 1.5 of just water) .... detrmined to drink 2litre today
* Two big decent meals a day (never been a breakfast girl, if I force myself I binge all day)
* Reduce carb intake
* Reduce portion size BIG RULE!
* Increase water increase
* Increase activity levels - I have fibromylgia and Chronic Fatigue so lack energy
* NO late night bingeing - I've made a greek yogurt/garlic dip ready for nights
* Visit the community boards to keep motivated
* I also have to re-work my Sweet & Sour Recipe as it calls for about 8 tbsp brown sugar
I know my weight losses are huge this week but I started at nearly 300lbs and this is my first work of dieting for a months so next week they will be a more reasonable 1-2lbs a week (although I'm hoping 3-4 per week)

07/02 - 136.9lb (-3.5lb) Well that's the weekend whoosh expected a day or so early but happy to take it. TOM started unexpectedly too today so maybe that was part of it as well.
Food planned and prepped for the day and gym for an hour tonight.
Logged 11,378 steps yesterday which isn't bad having been at work - 988,622 to go! At work but hoping to get a walk in at lunchtime to up my steps for the day.
07/03 - 136.7lb (-0.2lb) 16,735 steps. Lots of steps as trainer took us out on a run tonight! Did a total of 7.5km where we ran for 5 minutes then walked for 2 minutes! Quite proud of myself as I am not a runner at all - love walking and love being out on my bike but not running!
07/04 - 135.4lb (-1.3lb) 10,967 steps (960,920 to go) Happy with this although not sure how much of this is down to the fact I only had a small dinner yesterday evening. Had a day off work yesterday to watch my youngest in her swimming gala so think it may also be due to sweating off pounds in the swimming pool as it was unbelievably hot in there! Good food day planned today then heading off early tomorrow to Bournemouth for the UK Cheerleading Nationals finals weekend - these events are always a test to any form of healthy eating!

I have hypermobility and that causes bendy pop out joints and tiredness , since I quit drink all together feel better and your right exercise (alas I can't run as my ankle of all things dislocates) But I love a walk!

Ladies Iβve been very STUCK
My goal all this week is to do Isagenix shakes or salads for breakfasts and lunches, keto style dinners and have a cleanse day on friday. I want to drink 8 glasses of water per day. I also plan to do min 3 workouts this week.

Goal for round 82 - being realistic, hoping to finish where I start. Traveling for part of this round so I'm making attainable goals. I won't be able to weigh or track well while gone so I'm going to make smart choices while not denying myself (portion control, movement every day, lots of water), and then resume tracking when I return.
7/2 - 139.3. Holding steady. Wins yesterday: 4 mile run (so humid outside!), 2.5 mile walk. Hydrated well. Slept well. Went over my calorie goal for the day but I didn't go in to a surplus due to my activity level.
7/3 -139.1. Lowest weight since I started tracking in March! Just in time go on vacation and undo that work π€£. (Kidding Iβm going to do the things I said on my goals above and hopefully not go too far off the rails). Wins yesterday: HIIT class, 2.75 mile walk, hydrated well, stayed in a deficit, slept well.
7/4 - traveling no scale. Wins yesterday: short weight circuit and elliptical finisher. 2 mile walk. Productive at work before my long weekend. However, I did indulge too much at dinner once we got to the lake house. Staying aware and mindful during vacation is going to be hard.

7/02 - Did not weigh - 8am, too early. My last meal was 10:30pm last night. I need to tame my fasting and eating schedule, so that I can get a true weight early in the morning. 55g carbs, 51g net carbs. Carbs were: crackers, onions, peanut butter, spinach.
7/3 - 180.4 - Early weigh in. I am holding a lot of fluid, from carbs and not drinking enough water. Only 64 ozs daily for the past 2 weeks. 30g carbs, 22g net carbs. Carbs were: cauliflower, peanut butter, spinach.
7/4 - 179.4 - 38g carbs, 35g net carbs. Carbs were: salad, spinach, crackers.
