    @donnajgrant I'm sure the dr would love a bikini picture lol.Really though what secrets did he impart? I have hypermobility and that causes bendy pop out joints and tiredness , since I quit drink all together feel better and your right exercise (alas I can't run as my ankle of all things dislocates) But I love a walk!1

    @noynoyavery I can imagine him receiving a picture and sticking it up on his wall as his success story to show all over overweight surgery candidates :D:D:D I suspect he might have preferred husbands pic tho!

    * No food until midday - this suits me I have never been a breakfast person but when I force myself when I am dieting I end up bingeing up until lunchtime

    * No carbs at lunch - protein / salad / (fruit optional)

    * Dinner - veg (60%), carbs (10%), protein (30%) / fruit & yogurt optional

    * NO SNACKING IN BETWEEN

    * No food after 8pm

    * Milk only in tea/coffee - no glasses of milk (its a food)

    * Exercise - start small increase daily
