    how AMAZING!!!! such an inspiration. I'm having such a hard time kicking the habit of eating sweets like a crazy person! I'm trying. It's nice to know that someone else has trigger foods.. I just have to learn to stay away from them!

    I just finished reading your Blog. I told my husband about it and I was crying. Really. I lost it when I saw your Before and After photos. The second photo with you beaming really got me. You look so happy! And the best part is, you are!
