    @RavenStCloud that's a good idea, I might go with that as well.
    I had a cheat weekend, but all good, I feel good about it and well get back on the wagon tomorrow.

    If I make my 196 goal by the end of the month, I will have succeeded in 3 small goals. I set a goal of 10% of my current weight.

    Goals
    To keep between 1700 and 2000 cals per day (not quite, but better than last week)
    To eat fruit at least twice a day (improving)
    To plan my meals for the week on the sunday (YES, I DID THIS ONE!!)

    Pleased to get a loss. Was hoping for more so will have to try harder this week.

    My goal is to do the 20 videos that i put in my YouTube exercise playlist. I am doing 5 videos a week ( Monday-Friday.)

    First week of videos done plus todays workout video done.

    Oh do I need help staying motivated and support in dealing with the day-to-day struggles. I cope with stress/anger by eating! :😒 as a mom of two rambunctious kiddos and wife to an incredibly skinny man who sneezes and loses weight, I need to find my tribe!

    Welcome to the tribe!! I am so guilty of Stress Eating too... I do it while working then at home stressed with the kids (hubby works nights so I am flying solo). My hubby has always been a lean athlete, so I used to joke that we made a perfect "10". With our profiles, he looked like a lean "1" and I looked like a round "0". :D

    @Chibilove - I understand needing support. It is SO hard, especially when you are doing it alone. Just focus on each day. Remember to love yourself enough to take care of your body each and every day.

    @LyndaBSS - I love your statement!! Discipline does come from within, you have to dig deep. I feel like I've stopped and started so many times before, I realize now it has to be a life-long journey to a healthier lifestyle <3
