    If y'all don't mind a maintainer on here, I'll probably play. My weight bounced around this summer, but I'm back at goal and solidly in maintenance. Last year I gained from October through December, and I don't want to do that again this year. I did get back to my goal weight by this spring, but then gained through mid-July, then got back near goal and then gained again in August. September is working great.

    I think maintaining is a valid goal, so y'all are probably stuck with me.

    I will be back for another round! Did way better during the summer challenge than I did in the winter one. So maybe I can keep that going.

    I hope all my posts are as boring as this one:

    Original starting weight (March 2013) - 175.4
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    September 23, 2019 starting weight - 141.8 (ten-day rolling average 142.7)
    Ultimate goal - Maintain around 143 (range between 140 - 148)


    September: β˜”οΈ
    September 1: 143.0 (10-day average 145.8) First day of Meteorological Fall. 🌬
    September 23: 141.8 (10-day average 142.7) First day of Astronomical Fall. So I'll go with this date and make Monday my weigh-in day this season. πŸ₯‚
    September 30:

    Weight lost this week: The silly scale says 2.3 pounds in a week, and last week it said 3.2. That's hard to believe! My ten-day average indicates 1.7 pounds after 0.8 last week. Maybe this is real and I'm at my goal! Way to start autumn (Equinox was 00:50 Pacific Daylight Time). Now I have to make it through fall and winter without gaining it back.

    So good to see you all!

    @mtaratoot, I'm glad to hear you worked through your gain and almost back to your goal weight, the second time. You give me hope! I was no where near goal, but my body seemed comfortable tracking back and forth through the 170's for an entire year. I just couldn't break through to a new decade. I'm hopeful for a successful breakthrough this time around. Maintenance is work too! THE JOURNEY CONTINUES!

    @jenn990205, and 171lake, I really want to see you both reach your goal weights this challenge. You are so close!

    Challenge Goal Weight ~ hoping for 125, where I was this spring

    I'll begin today, because yesterday was great until 10 p.m. when I was tired and stressed out. The rest will be my little secret. Today started out well, because it began (once I got the kids out) with a workout. Feeling confident again, in spite of being sleep deprived. Again! One of the things I need to work on, throughout this challenge.
