I will be back for another round! Did way better during the summer challenge than I did in the Autumn one. So maybe I can keep that going.

    Autumn Challenge SW - 155.4 EW - 151.9 Lost 3.5
    Summer Challenge SW - 151.9 EW - 144.3 Lost 7.6

Challenge Starting Weight ~ 144.3 My weigh-in days will be Friday though
Challenge Goal Weight ~ 135-138 (ultimate goal weight)

September 23, 2019 First day of Fall -145.4 Monday
    September 24, 2019 (last Spring/Summer challenge update)~ 144.3

9/27~ 142.0 great start to the challenge. I am losing so slow these days, so I am hoping by the end of next month to be in the 130's firmly. Even if it is only 139.9, lol.

October 4 ~142.0 same. I am with in 4 pounds of my maintenance goals, but it is proving to be a very difficult 4 to 6 pounds to get rid of. Maybe I will get somewhere next week.

10/11 ~ 141.4 Finally made some progress. Not much by any means, but it's progress and I will take it.

10/18 ~ 141.5 was lower all week. I didn't even have a beer last night and I still am up a bit.

    Challenge Goal Weight ~ 140.0
    Ultimate Goal Weight ~ 135.0

Notes: I've been way off my game this week. First had sick granddaughter to take care of, then I picked up her cooties. Eating's been off. Haven't hit my exercise routine for a week. The weight has been bouncing a bit, but the 10 day average is steady, so that's a plus. I was actually back down to 147.0 this morning.

Feeling better, and big activity day today. Our 30 year old shed was getting close to collapse, so it was demolished this morning. I got 2.5 hours of moderate cardio sorting thru the contents - bagging trash, getting stuff we're keeping ready to haul to a storage unit, and setting aside some for my son and daughter in-law. Major accomplishment - and my Fitbit showed decent cardio and peak heart rates!

    Challenge Starts 9/26/19
    Challenge Starting Weight ~ 163.4
    Challenge Goal Weight ~ 152

    October
    10/5 -- 161.4 -- Ran my 7th half-marathon this morning as well. :)
10/12 -- 163.6 -- Sigh. I'm not surprised though since I was hungrier than usual this week, and it usually takes a week for my body to resettle after the chaos a half-marathon causes on it.
10/19 -- 164.2 -- Well, got no half-marathon to blame this on this week. I just fell off the wagon a bit -- I ate too much processed sugar throughout the week, and that did me in. I'm done being on the see-saw -- I need to just commit and get the pounds that have crept back on off.

    Original starting weight (March 2013) - 175.4
Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    September 23, 2019 starting weight - 141.8 (ten-day rolling average 142.7)
    Ultimate goal - Maintain around 143 (range between 140 - 150)

    September:
September 1: 143.0 (10-day average 145.8) First day of Meteorological Fall.
September 23: 141.8 (10-day average 142.7) First day of Astronomical Fall. So I'll go with this date and make Monday my weigh-in day this season.
September 26: 142.8 (10-day average 142.6) First day of challenge as requested by Tish.
    September 30: 139.4 (10-day average 141.4)

    September Goal: 143
September Actual: I passed my goal and kept losing. Not a real problem yet, and I'm happy with it. August wasn't a great month for me. September was my catch up. Now if I can hold steady, I'll be chuffed.

    October
    October 7: 139.2 (10-day average 140.0)
    October 14: 144.4 (10-day average 141.1)
    October 21: 142.2 (10-day average 142.4)
    October 28:

Checking in a day early this week because I'm going to be on a tight schedule tomorrow morning. I kind of want to just wait and post a day late because I want to report a "better" number

Weight lost this week: The scale says I lost 1.2, but ten-day average says I gained 1.3. 🤔 I should be ok with this because they are both below my set goal and right in my goal range. 😉 But since I have been thinking about lowering both my goal and my goal range, it's a little disappointing to see the average go up. 😖 🤯 😱 But it's mostly explained by three significantly higher days Monday through Wednesday last week. 🤷‍♀️ I should take my own advice and relax because I'm doing ok. 👌

    October Goal: 143
October Actual: Scale is back below goal, so that should make me happy. 😀 😀 😀

Challenge Weight loss goal: Range between 142-148
Actual Weight loss for the challenge: I'm still in my goal range by scale and average. I am still considering lowering my goal range by a few pounds, but it won't be easy.

Good luck with YOUR goals! 🍀

    9/26~ Challenge begins 196.6

October 3 191.6 Woo Hoo! What a turbulent week of travel, ups & downs! Fighting very hard for success. 180’s I am talking to YOU…..Bring it ON!

10/10 191.8 I made a ton of progress this week that was completely wiped out by 2 trips in the same week including lots of car sitting/driving & restaurant food. I hope a lot of this is fluid retention. I picked up some parsley, I shall be drinking a parsley tea today!

10/17 189.0 Working it back down. Not always easy when my own body fights me with several health conditions & many medications. As time goes on, I am becoming more & more aware of my limitations and the reasons for my fluctuations. That is a gift.

10/24 188.4 I am working so hard for progress. Its such a slow process these days. Ah…to be young again!

Notes: It's been a weird month. I've been bloated with fluid this week, it's down a bit today. I don't eat or drink calories after 8pm. This month I tried to gradually delay eating in morning to work towards a 16:8 IF. It didn't seem to be working, so I'm back to my regular wasting schedule. Still nothing after 8, but I've added breakfast back. Looks like October will be a wash. Better than a gain, so I'm cool with that.

    Challenge Goal Weight ~ 166.6

    10/30 188.0 Travel today.

    October 28: 142.6 (10-day average 143.3)
    October 31 - 144.6 (10-day average 143.8)

    October Goal: 143
October Actual: Uh oh. I'm up from my monthly goal.

Challenge Weight loss goal: Range between 142-148
Actual Weight loss for the challenge: I'm still in my goal range by scale and average. I am still considering lowering my goal range by a few pounds, but it won't be easy. For now I just need to stop the gain.
