October 4 ~142.0 same. I am with in 4 pounds of my maintenance goals, but it is proving to be a very difficult 4 to 6 pounds to get rid of. Maybe I will get somewhere next week.

Notes: I've been way off my game this week. First had sick granddaughter to take care of, then I picked up her cooties. Eating's been off. Haven't hit my exercise routine for a week. The weight has been bouncing a bit, but the 10 day average is steady, so that's a plus. I was actually back down to 147.0 this morning.
Feeling better, and big activity day today. Our 30 year old shed was getting close to collapse, so it was demolished this morning. I got 2.5 hours of moderate cardio sorting thru the contents - bagging trash, getting stuff we're keeping ready to haul to a storage unit, and setting aside some for my son and daughter in-law. Major accomplishment - and my Fitbit showed decent cardio and peak heart rates!

10/5 -- 161.4 -- Ran my 7th half-marathon this morning as well.
10/12 -- 163.6 -- Sigh. I'm not surprised though since I was hungrier than usual this week, and it usually takes a week for my body to resettle after the chaos a half-marathon causes on it.
10/19 -- 164.2 -- Well, got no half-marathon to blame this on this week. I just fell off the wagon a bit -- I ate too much processed sugar throughout the week, and that did me in. I'm done being on the see-saw -- I need to just commit and get the pounds that have crept back on off.

Weight lost this week: The scale says I lost 1.2, but ten-day average says I gained 1.3. π€ I should be ok with this because they are both below my set goal and right in my goal range. π But since I have been thinking about lowering both my goal and my goal range, it's a little disappointing to see the average go up. π π€― π± But it's mostly explained by three significantly higher days Monday through Wednesday last week. π€·ββοΈ I should take my own advice and relax because I'm doing ok. π

10/10 191.8 I made a ton of progress this week that was completely wiped out by 2 trips in the same week including lots of car sitting/driving & restaurant food. I hope a lot of this is fluid retention. I picked up some parsley, I shall be drinking a parsley tea today!
10/17 189.0 Working it back down. Not always easy when my own body fights me with several health conditions & many medications. As time goes on, I am becoming more & more aware of my limitations and the reasons for my fluctuations. That is a gift.
10/24 188.4 I am working so hard for progress. Its such a slow process these days. Ahβ¦to be young again!

Notes: It's been a weird month. I've been bloated with fluid this week, it's down a bit today. I don't eat or drink calories after 8pm. This month I tried to gradually delay eating in morning to work towards a 16:8 IF. It didn't seem to be working, so I'm back to my regular wasting schedule. Still nothing after 8, but I've added breakfast back. Looks like October will be a wash. Better than a gain, so I'm cool with that.

Weight lost this week: Scale says I gained 3.8 pounds, and ten-day average says a half a pound.This feels bad, but when I looked on my spreadsheet, today's scale weight is actually the goal weight I had set for myself back in January 2018 when I started on MFP, so I should still be happy. π But I have lowered my goal since then, and I'm far enough above I might slide back to a goal of slow loss versus maintaining. Or just get a better control of the really yummy foods I've been cooking and eating out. It's just little disappointing to see the average go up. π π€― π± I should take my own advice and relax because I'm doing ok. π

September 24, 2019 (last Spring/Summer challenge update)~ 185.6 - I hope this improves by Thursday.
9/25 - 184.6
October 3 - 182.410/10 - 181.4November 7 - 183 - Scale weight has been up and down this past week. It may get a little more erratic in the days ahead, because I reset my calorie intake (increase) and macros (higher carb grams) two days ago.
10/17 - 181.2 - 183.2 on the 11th and 180.8 on the13th. Then up and down again. It's like driving on a rocky road.
10/24 - 184 - Fluid retention. All joints feeling tight this morning.
10/31 - 181.8 - 2.2 lbs lost
so far. Smh. Takes me a long time to get rid of fat.

October 3 191.6 Woo Hoo! What a turbulent week of travel, ups & downs! Fighting very hard for success. 180βs I am talking to YOUβ¦..Bring it ON!
10/10 191.8 I made a ton of progress this week that was completely wiped out by 2 trips in the same week including lots of car sitting/driving & restaurant food. I hope a lot of this is fluid retention. I picked up some parsley, I shall be drinking a parsley tea today!
10/17 189.0 Working it back down. Not always easy when my own body fights me with several health conditions & many medications. As time goes on, I am becoming more & more aware of my limitations and the reasons for my fluctuations. That is a gift.
10/24 188.4 I am working so hard for progress. Its such a slow process these days. Ahβ¦to be young again!
10/30 188.0 Travel today.
November 7 186.0 More progress than I realized for this past week. Iβve been stuck the last few days so I am going to rethink things. If it keeps up, an egg fast may be in order. Or a beef & butter fast. Last resort though as I donβt find either very pleasurable!
