Some is better than none, but I'm afraid I'm not going to reach my goal by the end of November. That's ok. Size wise I'm ok with where I am, the 147 goal just gave me more leeway for vacation gain.

Lost absolutely nothing last month. The last couple of pounds are really hard to shed, so I am going to try and be really good until Thanksgiving. Maybe I will finally break into the 130's this month.

Nov 1 : 141.5 up a little from yesterday. Chinese and a couple of drinks last night
Nov 6: 140.5 down a bit so I will take it. Hoping I can post a new decade next week
Nov 13: 139.7 I have seen this number a couple of times this month, but hasn't stuck yet.
Nov 20: 142.0 no idea should be lower. Was diagnosed with shingles on Sunday, so maybe that's the reason
Nov 27: 137.7 Had no appetite for the last week and was stressed a lot. Felling better and glad to be back at 100% for Thanksgiving!

188.0....... I hope to hit 182 point anything this round. It might be tough with the American Thanksgiving this month. Also the start of Christmas shopping, traveling & restaurants. This is when it all started going downhill in my plan and up on my scale last year. I hope to make this year different!
Nov 06:
186.0....... Some progress. Traveling again on Monday until very late so I expect a few days of weight gain, then loss of bloat & fluid retention. All the normal things associated with sitting a lot in the car, missing the exercise normally done when at home and eating at restaurants. But I hope it won’t be too bad about 36 hours later when I weigh on the 13th. I’m not going to sweat it. I’ll be back on track right away.

184.6....... An excellent week of discipline for me. Stopped that emotional eating as best as I could. I’m trying to be good as I work my way toward the USA Thanksgiving Holiday coming up. They don’t call it a Thanksgiving feast for nothing!
Nov 27:
187.8....... I went up 3.8 pounds overnight after traveling (sitting a lot in car) and eating at the restaurant where I practiced good portion control but ate carbs. This sux but I will be working on it immediately. My Thanksgiving dinner is not until Saturday the 30th so I‘ve got a few days to remedy this situation and make peace with my scale.

My ultimate goal is to be fit and not so sickly and feel lethargic.
The number on the scale is just secondary, the most important is being healthy.

I already walked 2 miles and do a specific muscle group workout for 10 minutes and count calories each day but did not get off the plateau last month so trying something different each week. If I can't get a walk in, then I make sure I get 10,000 steps in that day.

Nov 1 : 171.4 I am sure I will pay for Halloween fun all week but going to try to get off the October plateau this week with minimal bread and such products, also added 5 minutes more to my workout. Started the 30 day arm and butt challenge.
Nov 8:168.0 I am keeping all the above and adding eating breakfast, increase, record water intake, and one set of 5 reps of doing stairs from my basement, first floor, second floor and attic. Hoping to keep the loss going and not plateau.
Nov 15: 166.4 So far a total loss of 5 lbs. YaY. I already met my goal weight! I was sick a couple days and not much exercise but still lost yay. Adding to the above 2 more sets of stairs. I will have to work on that throughout the day, because they really burn.
Nov 22:164.8 Loss of 6.6 lbs so far. I am so surprised. Since I did not eat breakfast in the morning, (which means I am starving later in the day and overeat) like I wanted, and did not get more than one rep of stairs done this week. Plus I have skimmed about 5 minutes off the workout. I just do not have the extra time. So going to just try to continue and not add anything extra this week. Still loosing so ok with that.
Nov 29: 165.0 This week I have found that if I eat breakfast, even though I stay in my same calories I gain the next day. Might be a just a fluke but I am just going to eat in the morning if hungry and otherwise not worry about it. Up yesterday because of Thanksgiving. The rest of the weekend will be a gain also because kids are home and I will have made lots of food and plan on enjoying it and family.

Total loss for November: Scale says I gained just under a half pound, and my ten-day average says the same. My scale weight has been bouncing around quite a bit. I was down over three pounds yesterday and back up almost the same amount today. I seem to be maintaining around 144 or 145 which is still in my range, but not quite where I want it. One day left this month, and it will be interesting to see where I land.
I am going to keep working at getting my rolling average and trend back at or below my goal.
