    12 Nov- 148.6 lb- Relieved to see a drop because I was not on my best behavior over the weekend! Phew!!! I plan on staying super focused this week. Kiddos start swim lessons this week (6-7PM, Tues & Thursday) so that will help keep me busy and not snacking (or enjoying an extra drink or 2) in the evening. PLUS I will be in the water getting some exercise as well!!

    18 Nov- 152.6 lb- Well then, I did not do well yesterday. But up 4.6lbs?!?!?! Yikes. Hoping this is mainly water weight.
    19 Nov- 152.2 lb- *nervous laugh* "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming..."
    20 Nov- 150.8 lb- TOM started, explains why the spike was so high!! Probably won't see it level out for another week... right before Thanksgiving... and that's a whole different battle lol!!
    21 Nov- 148.8 lb- There we go. Still dropping. Glad I was able to step back and look at the big picture instead of falling apart.
    22 Nov- 150 lb- I'm assuming this is TOMs work. I did well yesterday, besides having dinner pretty late. Have great weekend everyone!
