We've almost made it to the end of the year! One more month and we'll be in 2020! How crazy is that?!?

💙Victories, both scale and non-scale, are great to hear about, but, conversely, we know that weight loss isn't all sunshine and roses. If you're going through a rough patch, please feel free to be honest and vent your heart out. The struggle is real and we're all here to support each other!
⛄❄️⛄Visiting family, shopping sprees, and schedule changes can make even the most laid back person want to pull their hair out during this time of year. Add special foods, yummy desserts, and holiday parties to the mix and you've got a recipe for stress!
