    Great job everyone! What worked for me today was to track everything ahead of time, and sticking to the plan of only eat what I put down. We can do this!

    Tracking everything I ate, and had not done that in a while. So grateful for this site. Had a great lst week and lost 3 pounds. Woo Hoo! I still binged a bit, but I kept at it and asked myself....what can I do better today than I did yesterday? We can do it!
  • Meal plans. Makes life SO much easier when I don't have to come up with what to eat.

    Logging, weighing my food, no junk food in the house.

    Having soup before dinner and drinking lots of water.

    I wrote out my goals, and kept reminding myself to fallow through with them. Did it.💗
