0% yogurt is my new go to for mayo and sour cream replacement...
Check out the sugar content on 0% fat yoghurt (or 0% fat anything) though. Depending on your dietary needs, you might be better with higher fat (e.g. 3.5%), lower sugar.

Very good thing to bring up. There is some good 0% fat yogurt - the stuff I use has 1 gram of carb in it and no added sugar. It's important to get the plain kind though. I use Greek style - more protein.
I'm currently waking up to get moving before I start work at 7:30 PM. It's a temporary job and I missed exercise this morning. It rained and my ankles were sore from standing up at my desk for the past several shifts so I did some stretches for a few minutes and am eyeing my Gazelle Slider which I may do at "lunch" later tonight
Having small sweets available. So the great desire to eat everything sweet and then cry was limited to about 200 calories, which is infinitely better than it used to be. (That, and having some fudge that is, ah, enhanced. That helps with the cramps and the foul mood.)

Can you get a mat to help cushion your stand? They really do make a difference when you do a lot of standing in one place for hours.
I just got off some *kitten* meds which I had to take at 9am every day and I had to eat something with them. Last week I got off them after 6 months and yesterday I restarted Intermittent Fasting. IF definitely works for me
Replacing a glass of multivitamin fruit juice at breakfast with a larger glass of water. It saves me sugar and calories and the water is what I need at that time of day in the summer. This probably won't work in the winter but by then I should be eating at maintanence, I hope.
Sugar free jello and Cool Whip works for me almost every day. I know how many awful ingredients they have but the rest of my food is cooked from scratch and mostly clean. The jello keeps me from feeling deprived and resentful, thus able to keep on program so far.

I am in VIOLENT agreement with this. I was off the jello train for a while but back on and mix it in greek yogurt with some pretzels mmm sweet and salty
Today, what worked for me was taking a measured amount of spelt flour and making leavened flatbread with it, with pieces scored so I had automatic 100 calorie sections. Then I had some with green soup and it was amazing. It worked well for portion control. Another thing that worked was listening to a really inspiring podcast about weight loss theory as it rekindled my interest and gave me a boost of motivation.
What was the podcast? I am looking for some inspiration!

In this case it was an episode of "The Art of Manliness" called "how to lose weight and keep it off forever." AOM has a fair amount of really interesting evidence based health topics, that are applicable for both genders. Good show! This does not go to a commercial link. https://www.artofmanliness.com/articles/how-to-lose-weight-keep-it-off/
Looking ahead at the whether forecast and realising it would be a scorcher I decided to get my walk in early in the morning by going to the bakery (they open 8am) and getting my Saturday treat and then coming back home for a nice leisurely breakfast.
I got such a good start to the day that it snowballed into me impulsively signing up for and running off to an aerial yoga class.
i found this GLen Livingston on web, how to stop binge eating very helpful, also quit eating hard candy and getting into husb stash of junk food. 2 more lbs and I will be back into the 150's.
