    70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    We used to walk 5 miles a day. A pinched nerve and back surgery side-lined me for about a year. Then I had back surgery. Then I had hip surgery March 10th. Recovery is slow. Sure do want to be back walking!

    The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.

    JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 111 (round 43 for me ) I'm in for another round – just keep plodding on! As always; thank you GrandmaJackie, such a star particularly in these challenging times, helping to keep some stability in our lives, for setting up these challenges.

    Female age 62 5' 4”

    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it – it's a permanent way of life !

    Goal – end lower than started......again! - aim to stick with good habits: be mindful of what I eat & drink, keep walking, no binges, really want to keep this 10 days binge free! Keep calm, wash hands, be kind and follow all latest Government guidelines for C-19 virus.

    04/17 134 – thought this was too good to be true yesterday! But I'm ok with it. 8.77 miles walked yesterday. Did take back a lot of my exercise calories yesterday on my birthday, hubby bbq'd a delicious steak & opened a bottle of prosecco. 199 calories in credit, all other macros in green.
    04/18 134.4 – 12.44 miles walked yesterday, 601 calories in credit & all other macros in green.
    04/19 134.4 – 7.7 miles walked yesterday, 280 calories in credit, but 22 carbs over (pizza last night).
    04/20 134.4 - 9 miles walked yesterday. 308 calories in credit, all other macros in green.
    04/21 135 – 10 miles walked yesterday, 588 calories in credit, all other macros in green & therefore disappointed at the number on the scales, but hopefully a normal fluctuation?! Not letting it knock my resolve.
    04/22 133.6 - 10.01 miles walked yesterday. 739 calories in credit, all macros in green. Glad I didn't let it impinge on my determination. I did a conference call with my 3 DS yesterday, one noticed my Easter Egg still sitting on the side and couldn't believe I hadn't eaten it yet!! :p
