After plateau after a month, I think I finally broke through! No carbs for a week did the trick. (No bread, pasta, or cinnamon rolls) and really sticking to the intermittent fasting.
Of course I cheated a bit today but hopefully did not over do it.
Iβm working a lot this weekend and upcoming week. Hopefully I can stick with it!9 -
