04/27 - 156.6 Somethings not right with my scale. I put over 5 lbs on overnight? I worked really hard yesterday and I feel super swollen, and while I didn't track calories I certainly didn't binge yesterday. I guess that's why I'm here...
04/28 -155.6 Down a lb from yesterday, but still so confused that I jumped 5 lbs yesterday. My hands are still swollen from the post hole digging 2 days ago. Hoping that at least a couple of these pounds are water weight. rode and ran.
04/29 -155.4 This is so frustrating. How am I back in the 155 range still. I feel like I've been watching my calories so tightly and yet have nothing to show for it. Feeling really disheartened. I was in the 155 range in February it's almost May and I never hard core fell off the wagon... Sigh

Feels like i dropped more than just that, but that will do for now. Its miserable here today, but rain or shine, i set myself a walking challenge daily, so im off. Also, since its cold and all i want i nice warm hearty food, i will stick to proteins and fresh veg.

I have to say i was not surprised. Have been drinking a lot of water past few days, so i am sure its part of it. Will be going for another walk today and will also start working on myself more. I used to do it before and it really helps not with the scales but toning body and smoother skin - heat massages! Yay!!!

04/29 - 150.4 - I'll take it! So I think my scale is good, its just my body fluctuating THAT much with water weight. Going to be making my Teriyaki chicken stir fry meal prep for the girls today as the one furthest out has to come to town anyway and we are going to trade at that point. Guess I should go make coffee and start that before it gets too late and its not ready in time. I'll have some good lunches for a few days now (: Storm this morning so rather gloomy day. Hoping it brightens up because I'm going to be struggling if not. Think quarantine is really starting to get to me mentally as BF told me I haven't been happy with my work situation since I started but I think its less about work and more about being chained to a computer when I can't do or understand anything that's been thrown my way anyway. Do I enjoy getting paid for doing almost nothing? Yes. Am I tired of having to check my computer and being chained to it for no reason but to show I'm "working"? Absolutely. Will I be happier commuting so far for work once all this is over? Sure will, but at least I'll have something to pass the days than sit around and watch tv all day feeling unable to do anything. Sorry for the mini-rant, had to get it out of my system.

04/27 - I can handle this to start. I'd love to see 14x.x this round but time will tell. Especially since my weight has been jumping around, I want to see if my scale is okay and its not just me. Though, it may just be me afterall. Old batteries so guess I'll figure that out soon. My shoes have not yet shipped but with the virus and the weekend, I'm not surprised. Can't really run or walk much without them, though. Got a nice blister from walking the golf course yesterday with the boys learning how to play. Even though I didn't play, I really enjoyed it and once I learn (and get less frustrated with myself over it) I think I'm gonna be another one to the list of people I know who like to have a nice relaxing day at the course. No known plans today besides try not to nap (as much as I may wan to right now and I just woke up!). Need to hydrate horribly! Got more dehydrated and sunburn on the course than I did the beach Saturday!
04/28 - I ate a little more than I wanted to last night but BF made dinner and I held out until then. Think I ate a little too much there but it was soooooo good. Shoes still have not shipped and I'm honestly nervous that they won't ship until after I go back to commuting (meaning I only have the opportunity to walk Friday-Sunday). I guess that's better than nothing at all. I'm so sore from jetskis and golf trip somehow so I'm wondering if some weight is just DOMS. Another day, another chance to make changes for the better!

Edit: The girls and I decided each of us was going to meal prep lunches for the week and divide them amongst ourselves. Hard part meal prepping is having the same thing on repeat and since I commute the longest out of everyone, it makes my life easier to have lunches prepped. I'm going to make chicken teriyaki stir fry bowls and the girls each have their own they will make as a trial before things open back up fully. All of us are trying to eat healthier so hopefully this turns out well!

04/27 DNW today. I live with my in-laws and the scale vanished from the bathroom because I think my sister in law used it to weigh her cat. So I took that as a sign from the universe to just wait until tomorrow morning. I didn’t sleep so great and woke up at 4 AM wide awake, so I’m hoping that doesn’t affect my appetite too much today. I’m hoping to be down from 125.2 tomorrow morning. It was a weekend filled with birthday dinners for my husband but I did manage to stay relatively close to calorie goals. Last night I probably went over by about 150 or so, which isn’t a killer. I also focused on drinking more water yesterday but lacked enough fiber. So drinking a good amount of water and getting enough fiber today is my goal today!

04/28 124.4 Down back into the 124 range. Dipped last round to 124 and bounced back up to 125.6 then down to 125.2 I think it was, which I concluded was due to water weight. I was excited today to see I’m back in the 124 range. I also had a NSV today by upping my daily pushups from 3 sets of 20 reps to 3 sets of 25 push-ups. I’ve been doing pushups every day for a week and a half or more and feel like I have already seen a difference in muscle definition 😊. I had remembered reading in the past that your arms are one of the muscle groups you can see a change in relatively quickly. So that was nice to notice yesterday and today 😊.

04/29 124.4 Stayed the same and I’m good with that. It’s been a great day so far, our morning walk was almost 4 miles around our neighborhood. The sun was shining, and it finally felt a little bit like spring again after the rains we had on Sunday and Monday. I even spotted some violets on my walk. Yesterday was a good day food-wise and I have today’s menu mapped out and I’ll be pretty close to my calories with two glasses of wine included. (The wine is to celebrate my husband finishing up his semester of grad school. 😊)

Hi There!! I'm Tisha...about 3.5 years ago I started with MFP to get some weight off, 45 kind of hit me hard. One of the tools I used at that time was this here "give me 10 days" thread which I started posting on in probably round 2 or 3, it really helped. I lost 40 lbs and was probably in the best shape I've ever been in...and then life hit the fan (Dad got sick, knee injury, a few other life changes) and over the last 2 years I've managed to put back on 38 of the 40lbs I lost. Yesterday I woke up and said to myself enough is enough, you did this once before you can do it again, and I logged back into MFP!! This morning I checked to see if this thread was still active and low and behold all of you daily loggers are keeping it going!! So I'm back!!!

04/27: 140 (+.4) Lol. Burned 850 calories doing a 3 hour bike ride and I gain weight? Maybe just working through the 3 liters of water and electrolytes I drank. Had pasta for dinner and some margaritas but don’t think it was over calories. The body is truly just a chemical reaction.

4/27 - DNW
4/28 - 57 kg - eating habit was out of control, lots of cookies, junk food, and extra carb heavy meals with bigger portions. Need to get on my routine when I used to work outside of home.
4/29 - 56.6 kg - ate properly through the day but slipped around tea time and late night and ate junk food. Need to find healthier ways to curb these cravings. I craved salty in the day and sweet in the night. Log food ritually.

04/27: 238.5 Jazzercise 20 min. Yoga 30 min. Homemade pizza for dinner—nervous about how to track it accurately.

04/28: 239.4 Jazzercise 20 min. Yoga 30 min. Late lunch at 2pm. Extremely stressful evening, probably didn’t eat as much as I normally would.

04/28 198 I felt just weak. Not sure but I might have my calories to low. I set them at 1547 because I’m not doing much as far as exercise. When I was lifting I did 1800. I slept for about 4 hours in the afternoon. Maybe just a bad day. Hope I’m not getting sick
04/29 196 WOW. I was surprised to see this. Especially since we ate out yesterday and I went a little over my Calories. I always try to weigh first thing in the am. I stepped off and on probably 5 times. Here’s hoping I feel better today. Yesterday I felt weird, tired.
