    Day 24 – 07/02 …..208.0….. A normal fluctuation because yesterday was a pretty good day although I could still tighten my belt some if I had a minute.
    Day 25 – 07 /03 …..207.9…..No time, even for a quick chat. I seriously need to plan & log because I am burning calories but likely eating too many too. And those carbs……

    Day 28 – 07/06 …..207.5….. Some things went right, some things went wrong during this holiday weekend, but when the good outweighs the bad it’s a bit of progress. I hope to have things slow down a tiny bit this week and be able to focus more on logging and food prep. Only I can make the changes that need to be made and do so Consistently. Everyone is doing fantastic. Let’s keep up the good fight!
    Day 29 – 07/07 …..208.6….. One small cheeseburger and BAM!!! I think it’s salt and water retention. Let us hope……
    Day 30 – 07/08…..208.4….. Hopefully losing this water retention but I am not peeing very much (sorry for TMI) so I have to wonder….. Of course, there is all the sweat from the heat and no AC. Anyway, just happy for a small drop on the scale. @dawnbgethealthy I hope things are going well with your job and being back to work. My best to you…..

    Day 32 – 07 /10 …..209.0….. Feeling inspired today by you all. I will make today a good day, one day at a time!
    Day 33 – 07/11 …..209.8….. I did everything right and the scale just ignored that fact. It’s okay……I don’t give up that easily!
    Day 34 – 07/12 …..209.6…..Not exactly happy but at least its back in the right direction.

    Day 37 – 07/15 …..209.6….. Wow, really on the hamster wheel here.
    Day 38 – 07 /16 …..210.1….. Going thru some life-altering things right now. Most of it surprising and unexpected on so many levels. I am not able to follow thru on everything I wanted to accomplish. The rest of this year will prove to be challenging in my time and efforts but I will hang in here, be inspired, and do what I can whenever I can. I know it won’t be 100%, there is honestly nothing I can do about that right now. But I will give it every percent I can, when I can. Thanks for your patience folks. You are all my greatest of inspirations. #notgivingup
    Day 39 – 07 /17 …..210.0…..Dizzy with stress all day. I don’t mean the normal stresses we all must endure on the daily. This is the bad stuff but I am coping. Diet was off today pretty bad but I actually got in more deliberate movement. Changing what I can when I can, that is the best any of us can hope for. Tonight I am going to go for some “me” time.

    Day 42 – 07/20 …..210.0….. Flipping & Flopping. Not overeating but eating the “wrong things” for sure. Fair calories but higher carbs.
    Day 43 – 07/21 …..210.0….. You guys are all slaying it. Hopefully my turn soon. Just gotta make the changes consistently and not let so much get in the way!

    Day 48 – 07/26 …..210.0…..Holding my own, I suppose. While I can’t exactly focus or fully commit during this time, I realize that even small changes can help. I’ve been doing that when possible and I am happy there is no gain.
    Day 49 – 07/27 …..210.2….. likely a fluctuation or a bit of water retention. Diet was average yesterday. No reason for a gain.
    Day 50 – 07 /28 …..209.8….. I am pretty sure they are going to put my loving cat to sleep today. I am a wreck. Weight drop on the scale because I can’t eat right now. Vet appointment at 3:00 .
    Day 51 – 07/29 …..208.1….. She was put down at 3:30. Obviously couldn’t eat yesterday. They say time heals all wounds and I know it will get better. I’ve been down this road before. Right now, however, it feels like it will never get any easier.
    Day 52 – 07/30…..209.2….. Thanks ladies for you comforting words. I am going to try to focus more on my quality of eating in the coming days. My quantities are okay, it’s the choices I am making. Goal: To get back on track asap although there is still so much going on in my life that I cannot control right now. The coming months will continue to be dreadful but I will do what I can, when I can. Every choices counts.
    Day 53 – 07 /31 …..209.4….. I think this is a correction. OMAD today. I will have a small snack tonight. I was pretty upset all day thinking about my Reeces. As time passes, I know it will get easier. In the meantime, more water and better choices are what is on the menu!

    Currently in a heat wave so today was a "minimum movement" day :/ On the plus side, tomorrow is supposed to be a little more 'normal' (fingers crossed!). My goal for this month is a 5lb weight loss.

    I think that maintenance is where I am at for the summer. My activity level is down even though I am working out daily because I have so much homework that requires me to sit to do. Once I am hopefully back at work, my TDEE will naturally raise as I am use to getting a minimum of 11000 steps when working. I of course won't give up trying but will be happy if I maintain and ecstatic if I manage to lose in August. Keep pushing hard and you will reach your goals!!😁

Back in February I was ice skating every day and had 27,000 calories burned in excess, yet still only lost 1 pound instead of 7.71lbs. Maybe it is finally all kicking in with my old slow metabolism? Who knows. I will take it. The weekend will be a challenge, many bbqs and cocktails planned, so going into it with a bit of a buffer will be great.     Day 39 – 07 /17 …..210.0…..Dizzy with stress all day. I don’t mean the normal stresses we all must endure on the daily. This is the bad stuff but I am coping. Diet was off today pretty bad but I actually got in more deliberate movement. Changing what I can when I can, that is the best any of us can hope for. Tonight I am going to go for some “me” time.

    Day 51 – 07/29 …..208.1….. She was put down at 3:30. Obviously couldn’t eat yesterday. They say time heals all wounds and I know it will get better. I’ve been down this road before. Right now, however, it feels like it will never get any easier.
    Day 52 – 07/30…..209.2….. Thanks ladies for you comforting words. I am going to try to focus more on my quality of eating in the coming days. My quantities are okay, it’s the choices I am making. Goal: To get back on track asap although there is still so much going on in my life that I cannot control right now. The coming months will continue to be dreadful but I will do what I can, when I can. Every choices counts.

    I like to weigh every day to keep me accountable - knowing that I will be weighing in the morning sometimes stops me from continuing to eat at night : - )
    My name is Dawn. 59 year old female. I was 5'3" but think that I am 5'2" now. Broca Index says that I should be 112.8 pounds.

    My first round of this was #3, the one starting November 22 ending February 29 - Start weight 158.1 EW 154.4 Total loss over 100 days: 3.7 pounds
    This last one, #4:

    Total: 2.7 pounds lost in 100 days. Argh, all of that hard work for such a piddly result.
    200 days = 6.4 - So hopefully at least 10 pounds per year. This will take forever!!
    I like to see a monthly total usually, but will try this weekly idea. More accountability : - )
    I am going to keep track of my leftover calories this time, based on 1200 calories consumed per day.

I don't expect my weight to be so high tomorrow, I will keep my calories low today. 910 calories left over
    Day 5: Sat, 6/13: 153.2 - Well, it comes off much slower than it goes on as we know! In the green always even if small, but to lose I need at least 500 calories per day in the green. 104 Calories left over

    Day 22: Tues, 6/30: - 148.1 - Last weeks excess calorie burn must be kicking in to this slow old metabolism! 714 calories left over

    Excess calories burned in June: 25,437, but this includes the entire month and we started this round on the 6th. 7.267 pounds mathematically that I should have lost for the entire month. (3500 calories equals a pound)
    The number not counting the 1st to the 5th is 21,658. 6.188 pounds mathematically I should have lost in 24 days.
    Weight Loss in June - 3.1 pounds - so much better than my usual 1 pound loss per month.

    I think that maintenance is where I am at for the summer. My activity level is down even though I am working out daily because I have so much homework that requires me to sit to do. Once I am hopefully back at work, my TDEE will naturally raise as I am use to getting a minimum of 11000 steps when working.     My name is Dawn. 59 year old female. I was 5'3" but think that I am 5'2" now. Broca Index says that I should be 112.8 pounds.

    My first round of this was #3, the one starting November 22 ending February 29 - Start weight 158.1 EW 154.4 Total loss over 100 days: 3.7 pounds
    This last one, #4:

    Day 100 June 08 - 151.7
    Total: 2.7 pounds lost in 100 days. Argh, all of that hard work for such a piddly result.
    200 days = 6.4 - So hopefully at least 10 pounds per year. This will take forever!!
    I like to see a monthly total usually, but will try this weekly idea. More accountability : - )

    Excess calories burned in June: 25,437, but this includes the entire month and we started this round on the 6th. 7.267 pounds mathematically that I should have lost for the entire month. (3500 calories equals a pound)
    The number not counting the 1st to the 5th is 21,658. 6.188 pounds mathematically I should have lost in 24 days.
