    Week 1
    7/1- 190.8 - I was expecting a decent drop with the amount of sodium I had a few days ago.
    7/2- 190.2 - I had a good day yesterday!
    7/3- DNW
    7/4- DNW
    7/5- DNW
    7/6- 198.2 ... 😩 I had 0 self control since Thursday. Eating and drinking everything in sight. Hoping a good chunk of this is from TOM and all the extra salt intake.
    7/7- 194.8 ... alright I like that big drop! Already worked out this morning and am going to KI today for lots of walking!

    Week 2
    7/8- 192.4- good drop but still have a lot to make up. My elliptical broke today so I improvised and ran 3 miles outside and now I’m super sore. Definitely need a new elliptical ASAP.
    7/9- 191.6 - finally back to my July start weight!
    7/10- 191.2 💪🏼
    7/11- 189.6 ❤️❤️ Woo, let’s hope I can stay in the 180s!!
    7/12 - 188.4 😃 I’m having a great weekend and hit 30 lb weight loss today!!
    7/13- 187.2 This last week has been amazing! Going to lunch with my dad soon which won’t be the best with a few beers. Hoping to walk more today to offset what’s about to happen 😂. I’m off this week so I need to maintain my normal routine and keep moving forward with my progress
    7/14- 187.5 Not unexpected and 100% ok with having a small cheat day

    Week 3
    7/15 - 187.6 - good day yesterday and happy to still be in the 187s!
    7/16- 186.8 - sand Vball tonight. I normally have a few drinks so let’s hope I can keep that to a minimum.
    7/17- 187.2- had a few drinks at sand volleyball and today the hubby and I are going to Cooper’s hawk tonight so I’m sure I’ll have another bump tomorrow but hoping to keep it to a minimum
    7/18- break
    7/19- 188.2 - enjoyed my weekend which is ok because I’m already back on track!
    7/20- busy day
    7/21- busy day

    Week 4
    7/22- 187.4- I haven’t been home to really watch my diet and workout so happy with this. I don’t have plans for the rest of the week and should be able to buckle down and get some good numbers!
    7/23- 185.6 😳 I hope this is accurate!! My workouts for the last couple days have been more intense.
    7/24-184.8 ❤️❤️💪🏼💪🏼 Let’s hope I can keep this going and I don’t self sabotage this weekend.

    July starting weight 170.25lb (sorry trying to do the fractions)
    July total weight loss

    Week 1
    1/7 170.25lb
    2/7 169.75lb
    3/7 169.5lb
    4/7 168.75lb (lucky because I felt unwell yesterday and so did not behave with my food and wasnt well enough to exercise)
    5/7 167.5lb (so lucky as i was ill again for the second day and no exercise as i could hardly move)
    6/7 168 (damn gained 0.5 back but I have exercise tonight hopefully I will take it back off)
    7/7 166.5lb

    so for week 1 total lost was 3.75lbs

    8/7 166.25lb
    9/7 166.25lb (happy i didnt go up and stayed stable as my exercise got disrupted last night and i gave in to food temptations)
    10/7 165.5lb
    11/7 164.75lb
    12/7 166.5lb (completely ruined it yesterday was date night totally over indulged and then between my kids keeping me busy during the day and spending time with hubby in the evening didnt get a chance to exercise disappointed but i knew it would be bad when i got on scales)

    14/7 166.5lb (i dont know what happened i couldnt exercise last night as i wasnt well but i didnt think i had gone over on calories im gutted just got to get back on it today)

    so for week 2 total gain of 0.25lbs really upset
    overall weight loss 3.5lbs

    15/7 165.5lb (so its shark week may explain the scales messing with me yesterday so im gonna take it easy with the exercise for a day or two and if i cant lose maintain at least)

    17/7 166.75 (i have to question whether this reading was right as i cant have lost so much the next day)

    so for week 3 total lost was 1.25lbs
    overall weight loss 4.75lbs (been an extremely up and down two weeks my health has fought me i have crohns and it has been extremely hard to do exercise just due to exhaustion but im happy with the result despite all this as long as things are going down thats what counts)
