    Day 29 - 1st day of Core Cardio and Balance. Done ๐Ÿ’ช
    ๐Ÿคฃ Ahh those level one drills!! I managed the set though after focusing on this in month one ๐Ÿ‘
    Ooft those hip flexer and shoulder burners๐Ÿ”ฅI'm looking forward to getting stronger and better at these.
    1st day of recovery week done ๐Ÿ˜ Have a great Saturday!

    Day 30 - should of been a Core Cardio and Balance day, but not been feeling well (I was hoping I'd be good this afternoon to get it done but nope ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ™„). Not to worry, tomorrow is another day and fingers crossed I'll be jumping about the living room again! I'll be having a 'do over' on day 30 if that's the case! Oh I'm trying to be kind to myself, but can't help feeling peeved at missing a day ๐Ÿ˜

    Thanks @skinnyrev2b I definitely needed the day ๐Ÿฅด I'm very much a work in progress in the old beating ones self up department ๐Ÿคฃ logically I know it, but it's tough to believe it - it's frustrating ๐Ÿคฃ Anywho back on it today, feel loads better ๐Ÿ‘ day 30 do over post up next.     Managed the level one drills again, yas! The hip flexer and shoulder burners๐Ÿ”ฅare still a work in progress. Glad to be feeling better today to continue - it took a kick up the butt to not listen to my fake excuses this morning (are you sure you're feeling 100% - argh yes shut it!) ๐Ÿคฃ it's tough to not listen to the sabotage voice huh! Anyway feeling loads better than yesterday and delighted to be back to the insanity schedule. Happy Monday everyone!

    Ha ha! Well done you for discerning the different voices our minds speak to us in! I'm still a work in progress in that respect too, but I read on here a really insightful take on that - speak to yourself as if you were a really trusted, wise, lifelong friend. Or as if you were speaking to that friend.
    Would a friend say 'oooo, nooo, I think you're too weak today to do this. Rest another day or 5 (if they thought you were really faking it, not if they looked at you and thought you were at deaths door!) Or would they say: "press play - if you die, can I get your cd collection?!"

    Day 31 - Core Cardio and Balance. Done ๐Ÿ’ช
    Breakthrough on the hip flexer moves ๐Ÿ˜ ๐ŸŽ‰ I managed all the lifts AND the pulses on both legs ๐ŸŽŠ I noticed the woman in the red top at the back of the class was dropping her leg a little lower on the pulses so I thought I'll follow her and it worked! I got to 52 seconds on the arm circles before it got me ๐Ÿ”ฅ I'm keeping a note of this time now though to try and push past it tomorrow. Successful workout ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜Š

    Day 32 - Core Cardio and Balance. Done ๐Ÿ’ช
    I managed all the lifts and the pulses on both legs again today ๐Ÿ˜ AND I got to 33 seconds on the arm circles before it got me ๐Ÿ”ฅ(from 52 yesterday ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘). Another successful workout!

    Day 33 - Core Cardio and Balance. Done ๐Ÿ’ช
    Major break though this morning ๐Ÿ˜๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽŠ๐Ÿ‘ I managed all the lifts & pulses on both legs again AND all the extensions on my left left - I have no idea what came over me but I did it ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜ฑ AND I did the whole arm section, omg my arms just about fell off but I did it ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ I'm amazed at the progress this week. One more of these Core Cardio and Balance routines then I'm onto Max ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ฌ I'm scared!

    Don't be scared! You're obviously progressing at the rate the BB program assumes you will - so Max will seem hard to begin with, then as you grow stronger and more adapted to the program you'll be able to crush it as you have this level!
    What would be REALLY interesting is how you find level one should you choose to do it over again... ;)

    Ha ha! Having to take a leaf out of your book btw. I'm following a daily yoga program that just keeps kicking my *kitten*. Today's was.. yup, can do that, yep -eassssieee. Nope. Nope. NO WAY IN HELL CAN I GET IN THAT POSITION! Are you kidding me right now???!!!
    Doesn't help that his model for today's poses is a fellow yoga teacher, so of course she know a) what's coming and b) how to contort her body into those positions. I'm still trying to work out what he said when she's already moving on to the next one!
    250 calories burned in what's meant to be beginners yoga...
    However - I WILL persevere. I WILL press play tomorrow and I WILL start all over again until I can get all the poses closer to the person on the screen ;)

    I DID IT!! ๐Ÿ˜๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽŠ I managed the FULL routine, full leg sets and full arm sets ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜ Very chuffed as this was my last Core Cardio and Balance routine. I was thinking I'd crack on with the start of month two tomorrow and skip my rest day, but my triceps and legs feel pretty tired, so I'll save that decision for tomorrow morning. Ah buzzing, great start to Friday! Have a great day!

    Day 35 - Rest Day ๐Ÿ˜… Defo taking the rest day today to recharge. My legs and triceps need it ๐Ÿ”ฅLots to catch up on today so it'll be a busy day but no pulses during housework and cooking ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‚ Have a great Saturday!

    Oh jeez, another rest day today ๐Ÿ˜ด I'm lucky if I got three hours sleep last night ๐Ÿ˜• I want be charged for my fit test and first day on month two, so I'm going to not pressure myself to do it today - it's bugging me already ๐Ÿคฃ

    Day 36 part one: Fitness test. Done ๐Ÿ’ช
    Switch kicks: 86 (+3 on last test & +22 on 1st test).
    Power jacks: 58 (+6 on last test & +10 on 1st).
    Power knees: 96 (+2 on last test & +19 on 1st).
    Power jumps: 31 (same as last test, +8 on 1st.
    Globe jumps: 10 (same as last test, +3 on 1st).
    Suicide jumps: 15 (+2 on last & +5 on 1st).
    Push-up Jacks: 22 (+2 on last & +12 on 1st).
    Plank oblique: 56 (same as last test, +12 on 1st).

    Another great result and unbelievable, I'm still making progress ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ช I have to do part two - my 1st max workout, midshift later today, so I'll be posting again later but for now running out the door to work. Happy Monday!

    Day 36 part two: Max Interval Circuit. Done ๐Ÿ’ช
    Well omg ๐Ÿ˜ณ I have to admit that by the end of this circuit I could barely remember what I just did ๐Ÿคฃ so I had to rewind to review so I could post ๐Ÿ™ˆ
    This IS a workout, jeez! I was very focused on form as these are new moves to me. I took a lot of the moves slower and I modified a couple (detailed below).
    I'm really looking forward to my endurance getting better on this routine. A few specific moves that I'm looking forward to improving on in the circuits are:
    1st circuit: The floor work ๐Ÿ˜ฎ ski abs / jacks / in & outs / oblique. Wow ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
    2nd circuit: Hooks and jumps - I did power jumps instead of these tuck jumps, just because I have been doing power jumps (wider legs) and thought there was less chance of injury. I'm sure as I get stronger I'll move onto tuck jumps but for now I'm playing safe.
    3rd circuit: Getting quicker at side suicide jumps - I took this move really slowly. And finally the full body drills ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
    Well first day of Max done ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ and my thoughts immediately move onto 'what will tomorrow bring' ๐Ÿคฃ

    ARGH level 3 drills!! I managed the first 16 push ups in each of the sets only - looking forward to conquering this!
    Diamond jumps are fun ๐Ÿ’Ž I really enjoyed this workout (๐Ÿค” ๐Ÿ˜‚ you know what I mean!).
    Lots to improve on in the circuit but looking forward to the progress!
