Switch kicks: 92 (+2 on last test & +28 on 1st test).
Power jacks: 63 (+4 on last test & +21 on 1st).
Power knees: 114 (+13 on last test & +37 on 1st).
Power jumps: 45 (Same as last test, +22 on 1st.
Globe jumps: 11 (Same as last test, +4 on 1st).
Suicide jumps: 16 (Same as last test & +6 on 1st).
Push-up Jacks: 29 (+1 on last & +19 on 1st).
Plank oblique: 75 (+5 on last test, +31 on 1st).

My final results after 63 days of Insanity:
Weight:
12 lbs lost ๐๐
Measurements:
Arms: lost two inches each
Chest: 1/2 inch lost
Waist: 8.5 inches lost
Hips: 6.5 inches lost
Thighs: 2 inches lost on each
Total lost: 24 inches ๐ฑ๐๐๐
Well worth the hard work! I feel so much fitter, I have more energy and feel healthier than I ever have!
I'm looking forward to getting back to it next Monday and continuing to play the numbers game with deficits to continue the results.

Regarding the measurements, aren't you expected to gain muscle in some places and increase, say, bicep measurement?1 -

I'd say my arms have got more muscle but I reckon the loss is the bingo wingage ๐คฃ triceps have definitely taken a beating (happy with that though!) ๐ช1 -

I have been feeling exhausted this past week, I think my body has been on major rest mode ๐ด
I am currently sitting sorting my round two insanity calendar with excitement!! And I'm going to do a couple of dance workouts today to myself moving again.
I've decided to skip the first fit test (seen as I just did one a week ago) and jump straight into Plyo metric Cardio Circuit tomorrow ๐ช
In preparation I bought some more wrist bands, a few headbands (to save the 'Ew's' ) ๐ ๐๐ and a small mat to save burning my elbows on this round - good to go and very excited to start round two - I've been lost without the routine this week!

I haven't @csmcozart but I really like to look of Asylum - probably one for the future, but I'm focusing on conquering the moves in insanity first then I'll look for a new challenge. I'm really looking forward to getting started on round two tomorrow ๐1 -
